Allan's Coffee & Tea

I walked in and looked through the great coffee and beverages menu. I got a friendly greeting, great service and a complicated drink very quickly. I had a nice drink in no time and a great morning with friends.

I really enjoy their cafe. It's a pretty large and open space and though it can get pretty busy, there's always a place to sit for meetings or study time. Their quiche, salads, burritos, and sandwiches are all great and the coffee is as well. Definitely check it out.

I was so impressed with the coffee at a restaurant, I asked the waiter the brand, Allan Brothers Costa Rican. I have been drinking it for 15 years now. Then my eyes were opened when I had a Mayan mocha. How is this not a thing? Beats the pants off any other "foo foo" flavored coffee.

This is also known as the Beanery. Says so on the side of the building facing the freeway. Adjacent to and part of the same building as the Allan Brother's coffee roasting and warehouse. Lots of room in this coffee shop. My plain latte was good. I don't remember who makes the bagels they serve but the one I got was a whole wheat everything that was absolutely amazing in my book for a bagel. Met some good friends and had a great time.

I have been dranking coffee her for years. It's not quite as good as it used to be - you'll occasionallt find sour or "papery" roasts now instead of the uniformly sweet roasts I used to enjoy, and the really great currant scones are now a memory. But it's still better than Starbucks.

A good place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. For some reason I always thought this place was closed when I drove by on I-5. Perhaps a larger open sign is needed?

Convenient stop off of I-5. Full coffee menu with limited selection of food. The cafe was very quiet when I stopped by mid-afternoon; I could see it being a great place to hang out and get work done.

This place kind of took me back in time. It is well kept, clean and the service was friendly. I just had a breakfast plate, so nothing too difficult to cook. However, kudos to the cook. It was hot and tasty.

Used to visit this shop every Saturday for about a year. It has gone down hill a lot since then. They struggle to consistently make drinks correctly. It seems like every other day they have taken another thing off their menu.
