I wish I could leave 0 stars. I paid $5 in cash and the rest on card ($2) for my order a week or two ago. All was well until 2 days after my order, my charge updated to the full amount on card. Guess they took my $5 as tip. They stole from me. I called and even showing my bank record showing it updated from the original charge to the new charge wouldn't be enough. I don't keep coffee shop receipts. Awful customer service.

I have been coming here for years and generally go through the drive thru every day that they are open. I don't know who is supposed to be in charge today but the customer service was non existent. I have noticed lately that the quality seems to be slipping. There was no eye contact from either window and not even a "Thank you" - just handed me my drink and shut the window. I was a restaurant manager for 20 years and this is unacceptable. I have a lot of choices for coffee in Tulsa and if this continues, I will definitely take my business elsewhere!

We stopped by Friday around 3pm to order a tea, we pulled up to the first window and sat at the window for some time. Due to many businesses being short handed we assumed the window was closed and pulled around to the second window. When the employee came to the window he refused service and asked us to pull back to the first window and place an order. We had already waited some time and asked him if he would just take our order and he replied, "No, I sure wont". Very rude

In town trying local places while we are here. The personal window experience was so great!! Sherry even helped us know how many shots were in it. You know cause we are driving and all. Received our drinks with a treat on top. We all had smiles on our face. Definitely need to try this place! Quick window order and receive drinks at same window.

The only positive thing I can about it is that it's cute and centrally located. The coffee was terrible and did not taste even remotely like flavor I ordered. The wait was long and the drive up situation was very poorly thought out. Not enough space for more than three cars to be in line without sticking out into the traffic.

I love this place!! My favorite coffee is a cinnamon vanilla honey latte and they make it perfectly. I live out of town and make it a point to go by when I am in town! They also have chocolate covered roasted coffee beans which I sometimes treat myself to❤

Love Rocket Bros. If you have never tried them run fast and wave bye to Starbucks!!!! No comparison. Outstanding more reasonable and the QUALITY ROCKS. People are very personable and friendly. 61st and Mingo my favorite. Hurry try them and their chocolate covered coffee beans wow.

First time I went there. I had a Egg Nog latte that was hot. It was very good. A little sweeter than I would have preferred, but very good. Give it a go.

I would give them a 10 but, for now, a solid five. Great customer service every time I go by. That coffee though. If you haven't been by and you love coffee, you are truly missing out. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Today I went in an ordered two coffees and they messed up the first round then the second round they got the wrong size for one of the cups and made them both hot coffee and one was suppose to be cold. I understand it's just coffee but when your paying 10 dollars just for two coffees I expect it to be done perfect. If I wanted my order messed up I could have spent less at McDonald's.... Rocket brothers usually knocks it out of the park I love there coffees but today I was let down:(
