I was in town for a weekend and wanted a good coffee shop in which to peacefully read for a few hours, with some good coffee and food, too. This place had the best reviews, so I checked it out. The atmosphere is really relaxed, and they have a large variety of seating options from booths to tables to lounge chairs to an alcove like room with tons of pillows.
I had some great conversations with one of their employees, Bron, who was more than happy to walk me through the best things to get. He hooked me up with a tasty cold coffee drink and a hearty roast beef flatbread sandwich loaded with meat and cheese. Later I ordered a plain cup of Joe and was given as many refills as I wanted. Granted I only stayed for two, but knowing it was bottomless was encouraging.
A local music group came in towards the end of my time there as well and started playing some chill tunes.
I will definitely be coming back on a Tuesday for open Mic night, and I'll probably bring some friends. Great place. Give it a whirl.

Very very rude service from the Hispanic lady with badly drawn on eyebrows. Just very rude to me when I simply asked for a big cup of ice and some scissors to cut something. I even tipped. lame to say the very least.
concerned that the management in the place is tanking.

Drinks are good, but they need better wifi. Half the time I'm there to study, I can't because their wifi only allows so many people on at a time. Kind of defeats the purpose of a coffee shop with free wifi if it isn't always available.

I always have a great time. The other customers are always great. I have met local celebrities, quirky artist types and long time friends. The coffee is wonderful. The food fabulous. The staff is attentive but not invasive.
It is my favorite coffeeshop on earth, so far.

The drinks and atmosphere are good. I was incredibly displeased that a staff member rudely demanded our identification to be on the patio because it's a medical marijuana consumption area despite the fact that we weren't consuming and did not intend to this night. While we were still out there the same staff member came out and asked about a different groups identification but said that they didn't need to show if they weren't consuming and was nicer during that encounter. I don't know what the difference in our groups was but I'm highly displeased.

Great coffee, not cheap but way better than any other coffee I’ve had. PLUS amazing bakery & LIVE MUSIC!
Also if you love cannabis you can SMOKE ON THE PATIO!

This coffee house is an experience all in its self and I absolutely love it. They have cute delicious snacks and wonderful coffee made with love each time. Sometimes there is singers and poets going on inside and they have a small little side patio area for the nice weather

The coffee was great.... the service not so much.
The employee didn't really care to serve my wife an I on 420. They said it was 420 friendly online but all i saw was rain clouds The employee obviously was flustered and was very nonchalant if she didnt like her job or just didnt want to be there serving us melinated lovers on our anniversary week going on 420 .... by all means quit quit quit....You ruined our first experience at Gypsy Coffee House period..I may or may not try again ijdk about them

Its what you want in a coffee house. Staff is awesome and the coffee even better. The building looks great too. Its in this small building on the corner. Watch for it because you might miss it. Once you do get in its a very cool and relaxed atmosphere. Very hip place to go and the live music is cool too.
