The food and beverages are great. Love the shop itself. But, I visited last week in the morning with a client. I asked for a green tea iced. The girl said we don’t like to do it that way but I can get you a black tea iced. I said I don’t want that I want a green tea iced. She said I said we don’t like to do it that way but I can get you a black tea iced. I said OK thank you but I want a hot green tea and a cup of ice. She said again we don’t like to do it that way. I said I just want a green tea hot and a cup of ice. She finally went and got the cup of ice and slammed it down in front of my customer . Then she asked if I needed anything else and I said just whatever he wants. She was not happy and rolled her eyes at me. A little embarrassing

Some of the best coffee you will find anywhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

An absolutely a "Brooksider's" Coffee House..... it's a must, when you're out and about shopping, in the neighborhood.

Wonderful place to work and have a nice coffee. I love getting there early in the morning around 8am before the crowd hits. They do get very busy! My favorite drink is the iced cold brew with no cream.

I purchased a Comandante C40 with the Red Clix addon from Doubleshot and seriously almost didn't because I never heard of them before searching for alternative places to buy the Comandante. I will honestly say I have never fallen in love with a company without stepping a foot in their establishment, but Doubleshot made me a lifer for their amazing customer service. I received this item in 2 days to the Southeast during the Covid pandemic and it came in perfect condition. They also hand signed a number of items and included a small free bag of coffee that I now love, and probably wouldn't have purchased otherwise. The entire experience felt like I received a package from my wife or best friend over an actual business.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from a company and encourage you to look at my reviews (I don't post often) that I have no affiliation with this company outside of my initial purchase.

Go for the architecture, Wi-Fi, but don’t expect anything but plain coffee/espresso. (Albeit high quality).

Bummed they don’t have any flavors, no honey, no almond milk or even cinnamon. They weren’t smug, just indifferent to wanting something not plain.

Unique coffee shop. They do not offer traditional flavored coffee so expect that going in. The atmosphere is fantastic.

Such a cool place. The decor was really cool and the staff was so helpful. The "Americano" was really, really, good. Thank you Double Shot for a great cup and a friendly experience.

Poor excuse for a coffee shop. The workers are smug and have an attitude, they treat people like they are inferior because they like flavors in their drinks. I tell everyone not to go here because my experience was so bad. Do not go here if you like coffee or being treated like a human being!
