The staff was yelling at each other. The cashier took about 4 orders without starting to make one. Someone from the back of the kitchen came out and dinner gloves without washing hands. Then she walked out of the kitchen without making one order and returned with the same gloves one. The cashier then began to make orders, also without washing her hands. While waiting on my drink I had 4 people behind me get their food, and possibly more since there was not even one hand wash. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally got my drink. There was one person in front of my in line and she ordered a plain bagel and cream cheese. Waited 15 minutes and saw the staff violate multiple food codes, fight, give people the wrong order, and serve numerous people prior to my order. Not an apology or anything. Terrible service!
Coffee tastes great but the girl running the register took 5 minutes just to get my order. Then NO ONE made my coffee! Another 5 or 6 minutes gone by, finally I asked a girl, is anyone making my coffee? She asked what I ordered and FINALLY made it! Holy cow! This is an airport! It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee!
The staff at this place were amazing! They are working their tails off while everyone else is closed, serving until the last bagel runs out. Please consider giving them a raise, making tips possible if you pay by card, or letting these staff go home early like the rest of the airport during the holidays. They more than deserve it.
The young lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile and was as pleasant as could be. I did not get her name, she was a young African American with an infectious smile. Definitely a plus to your store.
However, all that good Will was shot to pieces listening to the heavy set Caucasian girl argue with a customer of what size coffee was served. He asked for a small and she gave him a medium. He wasn’t arguing, just asking the difference. As the customer walked away, she quipped “an you don’t have to be rude either”.
The guy was anything but rude. She then began to complain to the two she was working with over the interaction
As she handed me my food, she smirked and said “Here your are, don’t let anyone effect your day”. The sarcasm was palpable. I dusted her that her attitude would not effect my day.
Totally ruined an otherwise nice experience. She needs some help.

Best option at Tulsa airport. Grabbed an egg and cheese bagel sandwich on seasame bagel. Was good.
Also had a coffee and it was nice.

Coffee is good - In line for 10 + minutes and paid 10.00 for a breakfast burrito. It was ice cold in the middle - GROSS. I threw it in the garbage.
