Bagelarium & STG Gelateria on Cherry Street

This happened on cherry street...Love the gelato, the texture is like eating ice cream and pudding at the same time......but....Do u have any idea what it feels like for one employee to make you feel good then another, say something rude to bring you back down...this happened tonight...I'm a very popular Uber Lyft , doordash driver, not a typical one... I have a specially themed lit up car and image everyone knows me, I deliver your passengers and your food every day and never get to stop by cause I work night shift and another job during the day, I came in 3 minutes before closing in a hurry, I know...I could see the look on there faces like why did you come in here...but there was 2 girls one short light skinned one taller dark skinned with beaded and a white piece in her hair..., didn't get there names so only way I can describe, the short light skinned was very nice and hospitable, as I was trying to order fast a large with 3 flavors, the girl was letting me know that a certain flavor was sour and letting me be cautious of what I picked, so this made me feel comfortable and not rushed so my mood went up, then I felt like I could take my time choosing instead of of being rushed as the last customer,....welp the taller girl noticed I started to take more time choosing the rest of the flavors, and she said in a rude tone... "SIR WE CLOSE AT 10", well we all know that means "hurry up" in lamens terms, I was in shock and my anxiety spiked to that comment I so badly wanted to defend myself but I froze up, the other girl the short nice one said ya we can't do transactions and asked of I was cash or card I said card, she said cool, but the other girl didn't say it was a payment issue she said it like let's go we got things to do kinda tone.... and as I went back to being uncomfortable the shorter girl was still nice about me choosing, and as I chose the final flavor, I looked at the taller girl she turned her head and rolled her eyes like omg.......... Makes me feel real bad about spending 7 dollars on in reality ice cream, when I can get a bucket for cheaper....it's about the experience last minute or not

you know..I'm not an old guy I'm in the upper end of the same age group as them but I could see the immaturity of the taller one

Food is pretty good for the price but the lobby is super awkward and uncomfortable feeling so make sure only to visit Togo or when it’s okish weather to sit on the patio. Or you won’t really have a place to sit in a weirdly quiet and echoey room

It makes me feel at home. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, it is absolutely clear that they use fresh and high quality ingredients. It is funny to read negative comments from people that don't even know what a gelato is and that are used to eat only cheap low quality frozen stuff...if you want the quality, you have to pay for it..

Professional courteous friendly service and the smoothest gelato you ever did see.

Their Gelato is so yummy. My favorite summertime flavors are dark chocolate and raspberry. It might also be strawberry and mixed berry. Just go.

Great visit. The gelato was great as always and the service by the lady at the counter was excellent. She was extremely friendly and welcomed us to try as many flavors as we wanted in order to help us decide.

What's better than some Gelato after a great meal at Andolinis or some other restaurant on Cherry street? Not much.... No matter how full we think we are we always manage to find the room for Gelato, they have a great selection of flavors and all that I've tried are delicious. Staff is typically friendly and the giant Jenga is lots of fun. Definitely worth a try.

Gelatto there is amazing! They have about 18 different flavors and 5-6 are lactose intolerant friendly. Highly recommend Limoncello and biscoff! You can taste any of them that you like so you never make a bad choice!

Sad execution of overpriced faint flavors. Don’t bother. The construction of the flavors is cheap scarce and chintzy. All show on top and the two flavors I ordered I received none of the chosen flavors I requested only the white cream gelato carrier.
I ordered cherry in a white cream and specifically asked for at least one cherry from the top. The server refused but instead dug out from the bottom of the container. I received only the cream carrier and absolutely no layers with flavors.
The stratiatelli was similarly deprived but I had two bites with chocolate in it. Don’t bother.

After we ate a fabulous lunch at Andolini's on June 9, we went to the Gelateria across the street for some dessert. We had never been there before. I was not impressed at all. It is very expensive for one thing,, a small cup of gelato is VERY small and almost $5. it was not that flavorful either. We were the only one in there too and it was around 1pm. Definitely not impressed and we won't be back. On a positive note, At least the owner's pizza and food quality at Andolinis makes up for it!
