Lift Coffee Bar

I absolutely love this little place. It's so cozy & there's so many choices on their menu. Also you get to enjoy a game room with a shelf full of board, card & other games. You can catch up on the news & main sports events on the big screens, plus warm up to the in-wall fireplaces. They even have some of the coolest music groups scheduled for live concerts! We just had a horrible experience. We ordered drinks and a grilled cheese and a bagel. We waited an HOUR and still didn’t get our food. We pressed them- they hadn’t even started! We asked for it to go. We got into the car and the grilled cheese was made of eggs. I walked in to ask for a refund and they argued with me that we ordered. a “breakfast grilled cheese.” We didn’t e en know this was an option.! We ordered a grilled cheese. Instead of offering a refund, they argued- the cook even argued with me. I just spent 75.00 and didn’t even get food! Very unprofessional! Also, their toilet was broken. I realize there is a shorty of workers…but REALLY???

Amazing little hang out spot with A+ quality beverages and friendly staff! I will definitely be returning!

Lift Coffee is a great coffee shop! The interior is well-designed and perfect for studying or having a casual date! The Waffles are good and the they have a nice variety of drinks avaliable (even wine!). My only complaint is that the drinks are not as sweet as I prefer. You can have them sweetened, but don't except Starbucks sugar in these handcrafted beverages.

Made a phone call to a friend that wasn’t even working at the Tahlequah location yesterday and he took my order, called the coffee shop and placed my order and had it delivered to the hair salon I was at for me. Timely & accurate! Thanks for the great service, great coffee and amazing cinnamon roll! ❤️

Always great drinks, great food, and great customer service! The only downside is that I have to wait a long time for my food, like usually 30 minutes which is way too long. It's so delicious though so if they get the food out faster this establishment would be perfect.

Although my first visit was fantastic and the coffee was good, I brought a friend the second time and neither of us were greeted or acknowledged though we sat down at the bar. It's unfortunate because we waited, knowing they may have been busy, yet no one ever helped us so we left. Three attempts later I've managed to get burnt waffles and two bagels that were not toasted at all. I'm done with lift.

Really rough experience here. Very long wait time, wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt as it was my first time there and I know a lot of places in town are short staffed. After waiting an hour and a half for my food (while customers who ordered up to 30 mins after me were getting their food) I went to the counter several times trying to get an update. Not only did I still wait to get the food, but the employees were rude to my mother for asking how much longer it would be. When we finally got the food and coffee it was not great, coffee didn’t taste great and waffles were soggy. We called the next day to let the manager know of our experience, we weren’t looking for a refund or to get anyone in trouble but just wanted to let him know our experience as there were several other customers who walked out, threw their food on the counter and complained as well. He offered no solution, made excuses for his employees being unkind and told us he had enough return customers that he was no concerned with our experience .. will not go here again and will not recommend to others.

Staff is extremely slow and I can guarantee almost everytime something on your order will be wrong! On multiple different orders I have had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes because they forget to make part of the order. This is mostly food like whenever you order something like waffles. It’s ridiculous how many times this has happened and the staff never even apologizes for the inconvenience.

The inside was nice, but the cups were awful. The coffee was too hot to drink for about 20 minutes and the cups were so thin that you couldn’t even hold them. The lids don’t seal well and the cups were so overfilled that they spilled anytime we accelerated or turned. When we got where we were going, my friend tried to take a drink, and his cup split completely open down the seam, covering him in hot coffee. The coffee itself is OK but not great. We won’t be back.
