Bryson was amazing! I’ve never had to buy a real suit. He helped my wife pick out a great look for the wedding! He walked us step by step through the process. It was easy and simple. He took time out of his day to meet with my family and get measurements. Cannot wait to recommend him to my friends! Definitely made it an experience for the groom!

I love the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of merchandise! Based on a recommendation from a coworker my Husband started getting his hair cut here and (instead of going to a chain walk-in place) and he is so happy with the consistency and being able to schedule his appointment online and even pay in advance.
I recently decided to buzz off my hair and came in for a clean up and Maci was fantastic! I am still adjusting to life with super short hair and she made me feel super comfortable and welcome. Plus you can't beat the comfort of sitting in an old school barber chair!

We used Everyman’s “Valet Service” for our wedding! They were absolutely amazing with every interaction. Bryson was excellent for everything for the groom and groomsmen on our day. We were able to add in last minute trims for people we didn’t know would need them. They supplied fun experiences for the men all the way up until the we lined up for walking down the aisle, they provided snacks and drinks for the guys all day, and no one bat an eye when the father of the bride came and stole some for the bridesmaids. The groomsmen gifts we had them get were incredible and exceeded our expectations. Everyman helped with all things wedding that day regardless of whether or not it was part of the package we paid for. The bridal party were all offered mints and last minute touch ups and fixes while getting lined up. Bryson was so personable and absolutely amazing. We bragged to everyone at the wedding and continue to do so. All of our vendors raves about how amazing working with him was.

I am updating my review due to the customer service I received after my previous review. The owner called me on the same day as my review, had already refunded the haircuts and offered to personally cut both boys' hair next time. While I was pretty determined to just be done, good customer service goes a long way and I'm hoping it was just an off day and consider giving it another shot with the owner.

Was a bit disappointed. I took my 2 boys for haircuts because I wanted something a bit more stylish and I don't know much about hair. I was hoping for some input and guidance but got little to none. Neither the cashier nor the stylist were super friendly and I felt like I was burdening them to be there. She said she was finished and let my son out of the chair and he was still covered in hair which I had to wipe off and she didn't even style it at all. Like didn't even comb it nice. When I went to pay it was more expensive than it had said online. When I asked about it I was told they increased prices the previous week so they either didn't update their website or upped the prices after I made the appointment.

Fantastic experience! Had the chance to talk with the owner. He is the nicest guy and has a tremendous passion for his business. He is also extremely knowledgeable and explained many different things from hair styles to how the different products work or what they are used for. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with their wedding suit service. I should have known after we were stood up on our first consultation call, but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt since life happens. We wanted to support a small business and thought we would receive better customer service by doing so, but we were far wrong in this case.

1) Communication: Throughout the entire process the communication was severely poor. We could never reach the owner by phone or know when to expect communication back. It was frustrating as we were having difficulty getting on the same page to pick items out via their online portal. We thought a simple phone call would make things easier on both ends, but were not accommodated.
When we communicated on their portal, we often did not get all of our questions answered or would be asked about things we already responded to. We didn’t understand why they pushed the portal so much when they didn’t seem to read our responses.

2) Timeliness: We were advised the suits would not ship until about 6 weeks before the wedding. We trusted they knew their process, but that quickly became a stress point. They felt we had enough time to ship the suits (they said would likely need pieces exchanged) AND have time to ship sizes back and forth before the wedding. This was not the case. They claimed they under promise and over deliver, but when planning a wedding you needs dates and times to manage everything. Not to mention they never over delivered.
They often said they would ship out the new sizes with 1-2 day shipping, however they didn’t communicate they had to receive the items first, repackage them, and then the 1-2 day shipping would occur. It often took at least a week to receive a new size.

One groomsman didn’t receive his first try on with the others. Once we reached out they claimed it was “returned to sender” and that they reached out to us immediately. When the item was tracked it showed it was never shipped and WE had to reach out to correct. We told them initially we understood if there was a mistake and we would rather know what actually happened and just have the items shipped out quickly. We still don’t feel like they wanted to be honest with us.

The groom was shipped the wrong sizes (which we expected some exchanges) but not to the degree we experienced. They sent the same wrong size of shirt twice leaving us without a dress shirt the week leading up to the wedding. We ended up purchasing a dress shirt at a different store and asking for a refund for the shirt, which we did receive after multiple messages. However, it wasn’t the customer experience we thought we would receive and created unnecessary stress.

It was unprofessional that when we would ask realistic questions regarding timelines to get correct items, we were often told “you seem stressed” and never receive a straight response.
We also were not told the pants would come unhemmed. This was not a problem to have done, however, none of the groomsmen (in multiple states) knew they would need to get this done before flying in. Due to their poor planning, a lot of the suits were getting tailored a few days before the wedding.

3) Quality: Overall for the price point, we were satisfied with all of the items we received. Unfortunately, they didn’t hold up the best as the groom’s suit got a hole in it just from normal wear on the day of.

I don’t typically write reviews like this, but felt it was necessary to share so another couple doesn’t experience the stress we did.
