Blue Spruce

Walked in at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, waited at the counter, listened and watched the two employees in the back stare at their cell phones for about 5 minutes and then I walked out. Would've had like to taste to ice cream but maybe hire more dedicated staff. 👎🏻

Oh, my gosh! Their gelato is amazing. We kept trying different flavors and it made it even harder to decide which one to chose because all the flavors were so good. It's sad that we live a little far but it's probably good so we won't go broke.

I love Blue Spruce! Their Gelato and Sorbet are amazing! Blue Spruce is one if the few places that I don't mind sitting down and staying a while, the atmosphere is welcoming and the people are friendly! If you're thinking "Gelato... that's to hip or uppity for me" give Blue Spruce a try. They're really down to earth people. Their prices are fair and their product is delicious!

Good gelato. Not remarkably amazing but affordable, good gelato. I didn't give a 5 star review because my wife can make better ice cream at home, but my wife's a really good cook. However definitely a good dessert spot in Stillwater. Tastes great after Hideaway for dinner. But that's a lot of dairy, haha. Dark chocolate sorbet is fantastic. Bittersweet dark rich goodness. Coffee isn't remarkably amazing but it's better than just Braum's or Breyer's coffee ice cream. Good variety, and you can split even the small size into 2 flavors side by side for no additional cost.

The gelato and sorbet are both great! They are a bit pricey, but are handmade and organic. The inside is really cozy, and there is outdoor seating as well.

Every flavor is delicious. I don't actually eat ice cream much but their Gelato is too amazing.

Great gelato and coffee place. Good section of flavor and reasonably priced on all the items. Very glad to see a great place in downtown. Staff has always been quick and friendly!

Blue Spruce has several methods of coffee-making. You drink either coffee or water. You actually came here for the gelatto or sorbet. The salted caramel is great. I've never tried chocolate but it looks tempting. This is a laid back place. You might share the big table with strangers who smile and say hey. Then you don't feel stupid for sitting with strangers. It's all good. But be sure you're not hungry for a sandwich or any lunch; all they have is gelatto, sorbet, coffee, and water. Love the atmosphere.

This place was so amazing, the portions LOOK small, but I'm a pretty big dude and I couldn't even finish their large! The service is excellent, the sorbet and gelato were exquisite, this is definitely a place I'll be going back to frequently!

The staff are great! It was my first time trying gelato and I thought it tasted good but I don't have anything to compare. It is very expensive.
