Dutch Bros Coffee

Every worker I’ve met is kind, dedicated and efficient! Rain or shine, they are always out taking orders. Allison in particular has been such a great leader and I love when she works the window! Her positivity and genuineness always puts a smile on my face. Overall they’re a great team! 5 stars from me :)

Anytime I go to a Dutch Bros the service is excellent. The teas are not good they are not sweet enough. The coffee is alright I feel like the staff needs more training on how to make drinks correctly.

While I usually love Dutch Bros., this visit was disappointing. I placed my order with an employee who came to my car. When I got to the window, no one greeted me, and I watched an employee make two cold drinks, which were then offered to me. Neither were a part of my order! I had ordered one hot and one cold drink, which I told the employee. She went back to making another cold drink, again not a part of my order, even after another employee told her again what I had ordered. Somehow, my order had "disappeared" from the order screen after only appearing very briefly! The second employee ended up making the order and giving it to me, after we waited all this time.

Dutch is hands down the best coffee in shawnee! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the drinks are always good. A girl named Libby took my order today and she was amazing! So patient while I was deciding what I wanted and had several suggestions when I couldn't decide! Will 100% be back!

Great experience, I always go and my drinks are on point. Shawnee location really knows how to treat the customers very well. Didn't mind the short wait and my Golden Eagle drink by Vanessa was perfect. She was very upbeat and positive and seemed to direct her crew to keep the line flowing. I love that location.

I get a caramel breve with extra espresso and it's always good. Also the german chocolate is good. I wish there was a place to sit while waiting for drinks.

I decided to get a coffee from Dutch bros while I was in town today, the the servers were very nice. Mariah took my order, and Layla made my drink. Overall the experience was very nice.

The customer service there is always great! My last visit Mariah Ramires did an amazing job helping me pick out my drink and I can really tell she loves her job and takes care of her customers!

Aside from the almost 30 minute wait behind two cars to order not including the wait time for two drinks, the staff focused more on their teammates talking to them through the walk up window. My golden eagle tasted like a coffee flavored water. My daughters carmalizer had no sweetness to it what so ever so we had to come home and add to it. Pretty disappointing with all the hype associated to the place. I’ll stick with scooters and elevated grounds.

I enjoy the coffee, but not enough to wait so long. I guess the store is already understaffed ? But there’s never anyone taking orders, just waiting to order at the window which sucks. How do I get my drink faster?
