The Study

Intimate. Purposely designed with semi-private nooks where you can have conversation. Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable people who can answer any question about wine. We went on a Wednesday. They tend to have different jazz groups come perform that evening. Wine specials, charcuterie board. They don't offer other food, but you can have food delivered. Great experience.

I absolutely love The Study! The atmosphere is charming and relaxing and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and have a conversation with your friends. No shouting over loud music and standing crowded against a bar. The seating arrangements are spread out and safe and they've recently added a patio for outdoor enjoyment. Ian makes great wine recommendations and can pair wine to almost any meal!

Wine: Love the 3 oz pour option. This would be my go-to place even just for that (restaurant average is 5 oz according to my google search). Love that I can try two wines for the price of one or have one small glass on a weekday. Wide selection as well.

Staff: Everyone is happy to talk to you about what you’re drinking- albeit as long as it isn’t too busy for a chat! We like going on weeknights when that’s more possible. Personable and happy to help you learn.

Atmosphere: The name says it all. What is especially cool about this place though is that the books are not hollowed-out fakes meant for set design. They are real books. I’ve even finished one of them since coming in for the first time.

The Study is everything Oklahoma City needed. The space is super cozy and the staff are very well versed in all things wine. I got the rosé flight and loved it (especially the hogwash). We had a wonderful chat with the owner - I can't recommend this place enough!

I love this place! The staff is highly knowledgable, super friendly and really fun. This is a great place to have a happy hour, or get some great gifts for friends and clients. And I know I already said that the staff is super friendly but I have to emphasize this. They are just great and very welcoming people. I love the huge drink selection (its second to none) but I think it's the staff that makes me want I hang out here.

The atmosphere at The Study is very relaxing. It feels like you are at an exquisite library with beautiful nooks in every corner. They have 64 wines on tap, which is amazing! The staff knows the wines so well that they can help you decide what you would like best, depending on your mood or tastes that evening. I highly recommend visiting The Study!

I absolutely loved this place. I quietly want to keep it to myself because its a fun little gem. We had a few glasses of wine and the waitress was so knowledgable and had great recommendations. We also enjoyed their cheese board - so great, so fun!

This place is amazing. Fantastic selection of wine, great atmosphere. The owners and staff are amazing, always available to make a good 🍷 recommendation. We also appreciated their social distancing and covid safety protocol, you can tell they care about their customers. They even have a sanitizer happy hour (every hour) where they go along and offer hand sanitizer to every guest. I love it here and will be visiting soon to ring in 2021. Also be sure to ask about their wine club.

The Study is my favorite neighborhood wine bar! It's the perfect spot for a date night or small group gathering. Throughout the pandemic, their practices are designed to give everyone a great time, while maintaining all of the recommended safety measures. The wines and menu are put together by a knowledgeable staff, and with three pour sizes anyone can enjoy trying new wines. Grab a book from their library, bring your own, play some games with a friend or two, and enjoy a great afternoon and evening with excellent service in a beautiful setting!

This is the best wine bar in Oklahoma City. No other place offers 64 wines by the glass so you can sample several high quality wines during your visit without committing to a full bottle (but go for the full bottle if find something you love). The Study offers wines from around the world at varying price points and the friendly staff is always willing to offer recommendations based on your preferences. The cozy atmosphere is inviting and relaxed, perfect for a date or conversation with friends. All the music is curated from a vinyl collection and the books that line the walls are there as much for reading as for ambiance. It's like drinking wine at your cool friend's house if your cool friend also happens to be a sommelier.
