Elemental Coffee

TLDR: The coffee is good. The food is good. The people are good. You should go here.

I have been to Elemental so often that my phone once tagged it as my home address. These people care about the coffee they serve to you and it shows. Every employee I've ever interacted with has been kind, funny, caring, attentive, good at making coffee and have really great taste in music. As far as the Brunch menu goes I may be the wrong person to ask because I always get the cheesy egg toast because it is AMAZING and delicious. Even when it's not brunch there is always something that I want to eat in the Pastry or Deli case. I have also discovered here that Vegan Scones are real and very very very tasty.

The coffee was great! I had one drink with flavor added, and one without. Both were excellent. Their flavored syrups seemed pretty high in quality.

Maybe I was imagining it, but I thought the barista was acting a little passive-aggressively. I never heard my name called, so perhaps I was supposed to wait by the bar for my drinks. I'll make sure to stay closer next time.

Regardless, I enjoyed my time there, and plan on bringing my girlfriend in the future.

Surprisingly Excellent! We enjoyed an iced Breve with xylitol and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the breakfast tacos with Sriracha aioli and was not disappointed! It's a Gem! Great Service!

I need to come back and try their food menu. Latte was pretty good. Barista did a great job with the heart shapes in our vanilla lattes. Tried an oreo scone too. Was pretty dry. But a great combination dipping it into the latte and eating it. IG: @ailijay

I had a very delicious spicy chai and a chai cookie! The coffee shop was very inviting and even has a coat rack outside so that people in need can take what they need to stay warm this season.

Very nice and cozy. Drinks are great. Tables are sticky... Wi-Fi is terrible.

I have been to hundreds of coffee houses in dozens of states from coast to coast. That said, Elemental is my absolute favorite. I've been here several times over a span of multiple years and they've knocked it out of the park every single time. I always get a bag of coffee to take home as well!

Price is expected. Definitely attempting at a minimalist view. A place other self created artists can advertise their wares and services. Attracts "trendy" crowds. Coffee is strong, not very sweet. That way you can sweeten it to your liking. Adorable over all.

These guys are doing the most. Love the ethics and general style of operation here. Keep it up, yall rock! Also really good coffee.
