There was a lot of chaos at first with the staff. However, the manager realized, took the initiative, and made it all right. The food is amazing, and aside from the hiccup with the staff at first, the service ultimately was very good.

Quickly seated. Servers were very attentive and so nice. It really made the experience even better. Excellent and strong coffee with great breakfast choices. Everything we had was good.

Well, in the spirit of the philosopher, Plato, I will make this succinct and “perfect” by putting the most important thing at the end.
Very nice staff, on the whole, but there was a rather pushy hostess or server that was asking us about desserts before we even got a third of the way into the meal. The cocktail was delicious, and the bread they are rocking, along with the salted butter, are, modestly, a plebeian offering, but they do delight. The wine selection they had on sale featured was surprisingly fresh and drinkable, given that it was a five-year-old Chablis from France. Whoever sourced it on their staff did well. It is tasty.
What was problematic for us, however, was a host of miscalculations in the food preparation. The amuse bouche was not particularly amusing for our mouths, but I can understand that particular offering and its quixotic nature of not quite pleasing everyone’s palates.
The soup du jour they served us with chickpeas still had hard, chalky, chickpeas in the middle of it, making me think they were either not soaked as long as they needed to be or were freeze-dried and dumped.
Most of the principal plate that both my wife and I ordered, the pan-seared scallops, had lukewarm temperature, at best. This was somewhat forgivable, considering that preparation for the veggies and the béarnaise that accompanied were pretty good. What did not serve was the ammoniated scallops that did not smell ammoniated, but, when bitten into and chewed, had a clear aroma of ammonia, revealing a spoiled nature to them.
We did not eat the remainder of our principal plate. The food and beverage director, a lovely, accommodating woman, comped our entire meal, except for the wine. Understood.
We will not be returning, but we understand that sometimes mistakes can occur. This was just too many for us to handle in one sitting. With the type of menu they were offering, you would figure that one out of every three or four plates of scallops that they would serve would be cooked with an additional scallop for the cooks and/or chef de cuisine or sous chef to taste. I don’t think this is happening. If you’re going to charge $42 for four U-10 scallops, four stalks of asparagus, and a Dauphinoise potato side, spend time on quality control systems.

This little place is wonderful! Very personable staff, the food was great! I wish I could of had everything. The beef bourguignon was amazing as well as the escargot. Fresh and so much flavor. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special! I hope to be back soon!

Absolutely love. Cook to order. My go-to is escargo, oysters on the half shell, onion soup, and any entree. Expert valet. Expert chef. Servers do it right. Dessert I recommend the souffle. If you don't want to mess around this French restaurant has the most consistent food in Bricktown probably the whole city. Inside the ambassador hotel. Quaint out of the way. Cozy place..attention to detail the front of their minds. Couple, special or solo delicious food.

After some investigation on which place I wanted to eat brunch one Sunday I came across cafe cuvée and let’s just say I drove from Edmond to this beautiful establishment! Everyone who works here were very great and willing to help! I sat at the bar and I am very easy to please they made sure even though they were short staffed that I was taken care of! Tyler helped me as well as Kenzie! Thank you both for making my brunch experience excellent! I will be back!

We ordered sandwiches. They were so good. I just wish I wasn't on a limited time frame. I can't wait to go back and leisurely enjoy lunch!

Review is based off the steak dish: my medium rare came to the table practically well done. The sauce almost made up for how tough it was. Fries were basically falling off my plate and they were no better than the fries you get from your local burger place. My companions at the table had really great looking dishes, so I wished I had gone for something else.

We stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and were very excited when they told us they have a new French restaurant. We had breakfast at Cafe Cuvée. They had only been open as a French restaurant for less than a week. The food was amazing. Best breakfast I have ever had! My husband had eggs benedict and I had the crapes with shrimp and tomatoes with a delicious sauce. The service wasn’t great. We had to ask 3 times for more water and coffee and a few time for more sugar and cream. The staff was very busy- always cleaning and making the tables beautiful they just need to check on the tables more often for drink refills and notice when people are done eating to ask if they are ready for the check. We weren’t the only table with these issues. I think they will get the hang of it. We will definitely be back and are excited about trying it for dinner!
