After a previous incident at this location, a young lady reached out to me to personally apologize for my experience. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. This is a great example of quality customer service. I will give Scooter’s another chance because of her empathy and consideration. Thank you!
Went for the first time today. The lady asked if I needed a recommendation, she stated the Americano is a bold espresso with water or the hazelnut caramelicious and I chose the hazelnut caramelicious with an extra shot of espresso and WOW probably the best to-go coffee ever, even better than the caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks! Definitely going back again!
The employees were quite unprofessional and not as courteous as I expected them to be. While checking out they were having an altercation with each other rather than trying to serve the customer. However, the coffee was good and the price and portions are reasonable.
I had a great experience. The person in front of me bought my coffee and I kept it going with the person behind me! If you get the chance always chose kindness!!
I went and paid $25 bucks. I ordered 3 drinks and 3 sugar cookies. She didn’t even give me my cookies! I noticed as I was leaving but I didn’t have time to go back. Very bad experience.
I ordered an iced americano. It was super watery and the coffee was bitter. Kind of tasted like burnt espresso? I’m not sure. The baristas were kind, maybe more training is needed!
Employees try to distract you while they steal your change. It is a male and female coworker working together to steal from customer. Store is also deleting reviews. Watch out for these 2 they will talk you down and tell you have a nice day without giving you your change. They need to be fired immediately
Starbucks is dead! The people in the know are going to Scooter's Coffee. Remember the kind service you used to get? Well it's alive at Scooter's. Do yourself a favor and take your business here. It's delicious!
The staff on the drive through were very helpful and courteous, and eager to help. We ordered the peanut butter power blend and it was amazing and so was the maple waffle breakfast sandwich
