Hassler's Restaurant

Out of date! Accepts "CASH ONLY"! Only open till 2pm, and went here on a Sunday after church, (arrived at 12:30pm, about 12 of us, my first time), One waitress, took about 20 minutes to place orders, 20-30 minutes to bring orders to table, several orders were just warm, left us with about 20 minutes to eat.
Luckily my son had Cash!
Maybe change your name to HUSTLERS?

I was excited to eat at Hasslers but when I got to the front door I was in shock. "Cash only" the sign said. I haven't used cash in years...so I left. 😔

Their chicken fried steak is awesome,plenty of sides to choose from,mashed potatoes & gravy+ 2 sides,they have my vote.

Meal itself was good and server was friendly. My only slight complaint was the biscuit that came with my biscuit and gravy. It appeared to be a dinner roll disguised as a biscuit. It legitimately looked like a dinner roll since it wasn't the same consistency of a breakfast biscuit, but.....who knows.

Hassler's Cafe is an easy place to pop in for a quick breakfastor lunch. Ive been here 2 or 3 times over the last year, and each time, we were met with friendly waitstaff, pretty quick service and really decent food! Try out their specials! Also, it seems here no matfer what you order here, its a generous plate of food, for low prices. Average cost here is anout 7 -8 dollars a person. Average time spent at Hasslers is about 20-30 minutes. Also they only take cash here, so dont come with a card or youll have to go next door to an ATM.

My wife and I have been eating at Hassler's for 15 years. We go about once a week. I've never had to wait more than about 15 minutes for a meal, regardless of how busy it was. They keep our coffee cups full and always greet us with a smile. Their Indian tacos on Friday's are as good as any I've tried, and we can get breakfast off the senior's menu for $2.25! Now that's a deal you won't find anywhere else in Norman.

Good food but expensive!

1st time at Hassler's I had the beef stew . It was soooo good. Had big chunks of vegetables and meat. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in Norman.

Quiet dinner, yummy food! The biscuits are homemade and everything came out just as we ordered it! Only complaint, no sweet tea!!! Lol
