The Underground Coffee

I've been visiting this coffee shop for four years now and can only think of one bad experience, but it was at their Tinker location and the issue was rectified immediately. This coffee shop I love because it doesn't have the commercialized feel like Starbucks. They have nice couches and tables to sit at and enjoy coffee. They have later hours than most other smaller coffee shops around town.

Their caramel underground is to die for! They have drinks for every walk of life. I now eat healthy and exercise for the last two years so I drink their fit frappe, which is a blended protein shake with like 22 grams of protein. It's mixed with only water and ice unless you ask otherwise.

The workers are very sweet. At one point, I was drinking the fit frappes all the time at both locations and because I came in so often, they often could guess what I wanted. The moca and chocolate fit frappes are my favorite. Love this place!

GET. THE. ULTIMATE. HOT. CHOCOLATE.

that’s it! That drink keeps me coming back for more all the time. That and the birthday cake shake taste like liquid birthday cake Oreos

The atmosphere is cozy and it smells so good in there. The staff is super friendly as well!

I’ve gone to The Underground for a few years now and I’ve always had great customer service. The staff is usually very nice. Today when I went, I had horrible customer service. The lady working the drive through was in a bad mood and it was very noticeable. Very sad to have had this kind of experience because I really do like this coffee shop. I hope she has a better day.

Well if it tells you anything I dont remember this place at all and my husband and I are big latte drinkers. So much so he got me a fancy espresso machine for Christmas last year. When we go out of town we only support local coffee shops, if the coffee is good then we remember. I cannot recommend or not so I guess you can take the risk or not.

I’ve been going to the Underground since they opened 12 years ago. Great atmosphere and great service. The staff all knows me by name and always takes care of me when I come in to the coffee shop. The Fit Frap is my go to now, what’s better than protein mixed with coffee? Nothing. I have no complaints what so ever and anyone that does is probably just having a bad day themselves.

I have been searching for a great coffee shop since I moved to Oklahoma and have found it. I'm from New Hampshire and live on ice coffee and love that I found this place. I love the different flavor choices and the sandwiches are great. Yes they seem a bit pricey, but it is worth it for me. I recommend this place to anyone whose looking for a great coffee shop.

Best coffee in town, love it when Grogg is in season. My go to most days are 3 shot brevea's or cold brew w/ heavy cream and Madagascar vanilla. Love it. Atmosphere feels like home and w/ family.

Our drinks were just as we ordered they were very good.
However the reason for two stars is the barista emptied the trash, handled the trash lid, placed it on a nearby table without washing off the table afterwards. Then walked behind the counter, did NOT wash her hands and started making drinks.

The most tasty coffee in mid-del area!! The holy mocha Batman as an ice rage is our favorite!! Cheaper than starbucks and they have a punch card so that you still get rewards. The sandwiches are reasonably priced. We like the turkey and cheese on a croissant. Mmmhmmm!

If I'm in the area or even sort of close, I will stop by the Underground. My very favorite is the dark chocolate frozen mocha. It's just sweet enough without being cloying. Or I'll get it as iced mocha. I guess they have other coffee drinks but why mess with perfection... My little grandsons like Nana's special drink - I need a chair and whip to protect my share.
