Dutch Bros Coffee

I got the vanilla coffee and it was very good. I'll definitely be back. The lady at the window genuinely asked how I was doing and gave us two free stickers!

I go to this location because the employees make my day. Hannah always writes me the nicest notes on my coffee, and Annie and I always talk about music. I hope i have their names right!

They are truly some amazing young ladies! They make the best iced golden eagle!

I love this location so much, I go every morning at 6:30am to get a rebel and all the employees are so sweet and help me start my day right. They’re so genuine. I also love they have rebels and not just coffee, because I don’t like coffee lol. You guys are the best. Writing this in my car with my dutch bros before work!

I’m a die hard Dutch bros fan. Hands down.

I liked that this location was empty when I arrived. Certain ones I go to have massive lines.
Staff of course was friendly. Coffee is as always amazing! Love it no complaints

Having only started drinking coffee about a year ago with regularity at least I have found that espresso latte, cold or hot is the one that doesn’t make me bounce off the walls or upset my stomach and every time I go to a place that is not Dutch brothers while in Oklahoma I’m amazed at the variance in beautiful Ness. That is the coffee. I got a golden eagle half sweet this morning and it is just light and fluffy and delicious. It’s perfect.
And I don’t know if they pay the folks their extra to be happy, but holy cow they are always happy and maybe it’s just the caffeine, but it is a nice change first thing in the morning as opposed to, something else.

Dont use the window at this location they will leave you standing there. Then tell you you still have to wait for all the druve thru cars to go by before i can have my order. Then what is the point of a walk up window. This location is rude and dont smile. Glade its not my local store.

Today was the last time. When this location first opened it was FANTASTIC they were operating like Chick-fil-A with people out taking orders and bringing out drinks to other cars. It was so smooth and so fast but they don’t do that anymore. It has gone so far down hill since they first opened. I just got this freeze with the coffee ALL over it and this is after waiting 20+ minutes to even order. I would have left if I could. Any time I go to Dutch Bros it’s at least a 20 minute wait. The girl that came out to take my order informed me there there were only 2 employees there. It was 7:15. Why are there only 2 employees when the shop doesn’t close until 10? Tonight when I went there were only 4 cars in line. It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes for that. I love how the coffee taste and how much you get for the price but this is going to my last time going. I’m tired of feeling like I can’t get coffee before or after doing things because they take way too long. I guess I’ll be going back to Starbucks because even though they’re coffee isn’t that good to me they at least don’t make me wait as long.

Dutch bros is one of my favorite coffee places. However when they messed up on my pour over instead of starting completely over they just used the left over coffee with milk and added more milk to my new cup. Basically I have sweet milk. No coffee. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

Chai latte is rubbish. Watered down and have no taste. Definitely no cinnamon or whip cream as their board advertised. Only gave 2 stars because lady at the window was cherry, sweet and caring. Product isn't good.
