Rocket Brothers

I love their sweet tea but I have consistently waited in line for 10+ minutes before I even get to the window. Many times I see the employee's just talking with the people in front of me. I would love to spend more of my money there but I will not wait that long for something I can run into QT and get for less than $1 with speedy, quality service.

The employees are very, very nice here. I come here quite a few times during the week. They always put cute little chocolate covered coffee beans on the drink. They sometimes even or a sweet not on my cup 😁 very pleased with this cute little drive thru coffee place!

The girl working was so nice and remembered me on my second visit. Coffee is great and fairly priced. Wish they had a larger selection of breakfast foods but the options they do have are pretty good. This place knows customer service!

I've had to wait longer than ever this time! I know you can expect to have to wait a minute but each order this women made took 10 minutes!!! Both of the orders in front of me were one drink, and then two drinks. I don't know what she was doing but they really need to speed up somehow. I have to give 2 stars because the coffee is so good. But they have to work on that time per order!

Rocket Brothers is the the bomb!!! They have amazing coffees and it tasted way better than... You know who lol! 😄 The wonderful people at the window are so kind! We love Rocket Brother! 😁

The young man who made my drinks tonight was so delightful! My drink was incorrect the first time, but he was so apologetic and sincere when he offered to remake it. Such a refreshing experience. Thank you Tuesday evening crew!!

Everyone here is so nice, especially Taylor! Every once and a while I get nice drawings or notes on my coffee cup, followed by an abundance of chocolate covered coffee beans. This really brightens up my day!

Oh, and the coffee is pretty good too.

Really good, but a little pricy on the smaller sizes. ,But the larger sizes are huge... so a better buy. Had great customer service today. One of the workers gave us an extra drink they made. So, Overall really good.

I've been going to Rocket Brothers for over a decade now. They have great lattes, hot chocolate, and frappe style coffees. I recommend the Snicker Doodle latte if you want something hot. In the summer I usually get an Iced Irish Cream Latte. It's a drive thru coffee shop so you don't even have to get out of your car.

Always great quality and service. They know me by name and when I go by in the morning, Kathy usually has my drink already made by the time I reach the window. Exceptional customer service which is hard to find these days.
