Worse customer service ever at a Dutch Bros. The girl who was taking orders left and no one cane out and to dual lanes got messed up. A car cut us off and they hadn't placed a order yet but we did and we have to wait 10 mins for their drinks to be made while ours were done and already melting. We can a girl if we can pay and get our drinks and said they will help you at the window. But she aske the car behind us is abou their drink order. We can do so much better.
Drove past them and saw the building. Decided to turn around after picking up some food to give Dutch Bros a try. Definitely glad we did! Zoey was awesome handling the drive thru with her recommendations and we were not disappointed. We're here visiting from Florida (we don't have Dutch Bros in FL) so this was our first time here. Would definitely return for a future visit. The staff at the window even gave us some Dutch Bros stickers. Keep up the awesome work and positive attitudes. It goes a long way and people do notice! 😃
They take forever to make simple coffee. People cut you in line and the team permits it, where chic fila will tell you what car to follow in the order they arrived. They play very loud obnoxious music. The management forces the teenagers to make conversation. I wasn’t able to (& usually don’t want to) because I was on a work call, and they were very rude about it. One girl telling the others I denied conversation so her coworker started yelling at me in the background, very immature. You are much better off going to the Starbucks nearby, better coffee, faster service, and way more professionalism.
Coffee is good. You can not pay from the app, they have the option for you to upload a set amount, and you give your order to a person at the duel drive-thru. I personally prefer to pay from the app.
The duel drive-thru makes it confusing and if one lane is longer than the other, another customer can get to the window before you, however I have seen them bring coffee to a car behind the one at the window. You still have to wait for the person to leave.
The wait time is what makes this place not worth it. Literally 10+ minutes waiting. Do not expect a quick coffee. There is always a line. It is not worth it unless you have time in the morning.
Two stars total, employees are extra extra very very nice. To be honest, I wonder if it's because of the long wait time.
My wife and I were excited to find a Dutch Brothers in Tulsa. DB was a college haunt for our daughter in Oregon. Seeing this place brought back happy memories.
I would suggest that if you are settling for Buck's when there is a DB nearby your robbing yourself of a better choice.

Service and coffee are always great. District's s cut above other cute places despite the smaller selection.

There is still a line to wait but it usually moves along and the coffee is worth the time.

Lines can be long at times, and the 2 lanes seem to not get handled well. Love the drinks and the charismatic employees there!
