Dutch Bros Coffee

I had heard about it, I saw the first one being built in Sand Springs and drove by countless times, but it wasn’t until now back in Tulsa, out of no where, I just wanted to go ahead and have a taste of the Dutch Bros!
At first I couldn’t see the entrance to the drive thru so I had to turn around in the front parking lot. Then I realize they do not have a lobby. So I found the entrance and proceeded.

There are two lines and there are a couple of the menus on each side for drivers to start making choices before getting to the person taking your order. I stared at it for sometime but I am simply not very good with the barista lingo so I trusted my gut and moved forward and simply asked the girl what she would suggest given that I love coffee and she recommended me a Flap Jack Mocha. I thought about it for a second and simply agreed to her choice. 5$ bucks plus a 1 dollar tip for her suggestion and good attitude towards an unlettered person like me.

My coffee was ready in no time and I was met again with a smile from the guy at the window. In less than fine minutes I was already sipping on this awesome Flap Jack Mocha.

For the experience and the good quality I guess it was worth it, but not for me on a daily basis. I am of simple taste and a black coffee as it is is more than enough to keep me happy every morning. But I do believe that every once in a while a change of taste is worth the investment.

I’m so happy that this location opened up right by my gym, but I really wanna point out the customer service here. Caton not sure how I can spell her name, but she made me the best drink literally at the last minute before they closed, and she did it without disappointment, it is absolutely my fault for coming late, but she made me a coffee or without any hesitation. Good customer service it’s truly hard to come by these days and it should be recognized and I really appreciate this specific Dutch Bros

Excellent customer service! Your employees at 1245pm on 2/9/23 on Memorial need a raise for being the pinnacle of delivering not only great customer service but an amazing customer experience too!! It was the 6 star experience if you will! The girl helped me navigate the menu and the guy helped out too and they surprised me with a drink that was amazing. They truly gave me an amazing experience and for that I will always come here and will recommend them! For someone to go out of their way to please a customer they’ve never met was such a great experience! Thank you guys for being so awesome and going above and beyond for your customers!!

My aunts and I went for the first time during the Christmas season while we were looking at Christmas lights. I got the candy cane hot chocolate- some of the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had, rich and creamy.
And very friendly service from the girl that took our order.
I can’t wait to try their coffee drinks next.

Always a great experience at Dutch! They do their best to get me in and out quickly. Always friendly. And even better my drink is always perfect!

We love our friends here. I mean like seriously is this even a question. Everyone is top tier drinks are always top notch. And let’s not even mention the playlist

everyone here is so friendly and nice! even when there is 3 people working, they move with such urgency to get your drink made and get you on with your day! i come here every day and never have any complaints! also big shoutout to the people who take orders outside even when it’s cold or pouring rain! you’re the real ones!!

There was a lot of vehicles in the drive thru, snow and ice on the ground, and they still had someone outside taking orders, and another bringing drinks out if they were ready before you got to the window. The service was absolutely 5 stars! They were so nice and friendly and fast! Not to mention, their coffee is my absolute favorite

OMG the staff is amazing in Bixby. I have went since day one and they know what I like and they recommend other items … I personally love the aftershock rebel ice… they are always smiling and it makes my morning each day before work…

Super friendly staff, great drinks, quick service, and their monthly stickers are fun! Their kids' hot chocolate is great as it's made at a lower temperature, and kids can drink right away.
We have mainly used the drive thru, but there is a walk-up window as well.
