Scooter's Coffee

This place is great. If you like coffee, Scooter's is the place to go. The Carmalicious was DELICIOUS.

This is the worst Scooter's. Maybe I have high expectations after living in Bellevue where Scooter's was started and they always made the experience great. Every time we come here, the employees seem rude and lazy. They don't pay attention to your order, if you ask for no whip, you get whip, and if you ask for whip, you don't get it. If you try to ask questions or have them add your points, they say they can't or just close the window in your face. I don't know why I keep giving them additional chances. The coffee is not worth dealing with their attitudes.

So the Scooters in mid town has always been pretty much in and out never a wait,and good friendly service

I really like scooters so i was very disappointed when i was in a hurry and got my coffee i later found out when i got to work that it was lukewarm. What i ordered was a hot coffee with an extra shot and ended up with a lukewarm coffee that i had to throw away. Didnt have time to go back and get a refund or a correction on my order. Waste kf money sadly. I go here quite often so i may have to find another place to go.

No fault of the employees, but no ice AT ALL. So no iced drink, no blended drinks, no smoothies, literally most of the menu inacessible . Why even be open? The franchisee needs to get it together, the ice machine should've been prioritized and fixed within the hour.

I went for the first time today and had an excellent customer service experience. The man who took my order was very helpful! He was able to quickly find out and relay which flavors were and were not gluten free without making me feel like it was an inconvenience, which is definitely not always the norm when trying a new place. I put in my order and they had it ready quickly!

Unfortunately, it just wasn't my cup of...coffee? I just wasn't a fan of the end product. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I suppose it's possible I'll try again another time and order something different. If it weren't for the customer service experience, though, I definitely would not.

I wish I could rate them less than one star. Saturday January 30th I was working an extremely late night shift and I decided to skip lunch and run up to scooters for a coffee so I could get some energy. I got in line behind another vehicle. They got their drink and pulled off and I sat at the speaker. No one said anything to me. I finally said hello. They told me they were closed. I said it says you close at 9 pm online. They said that’s when they leave. I said you just helped another customer. They said he was in line before 8:55 so they helped him. I just wanted a coffee so I could stay up. I would have gotten their earlier if I could but I had to wait until my lunch break and then drive to them. If I had known they closed early I would have gone to a different location and been able to get to that one before close. It was so rude and uncalled for. They didn’t even say anything to me about being closed as a courtesy. I had to sit in the line and wait and finally say something to them to get them to even respond. I was there well before 8:55 as well bc I sat at the speaker for several minutes waiting for them to respond as well. On top of all of this, their phone number doesn’t even work so you can’t call ahead or anything. I worked in retail for years and I get it, people are awful, but I never closed early. You close when you close. It’s not like I walked into a restaurant and ordered a sit down meal, I just wanted a coffee.

This little gem is nothing short of amazing. Better than Starbucks.

Edit- as of the last 3 visits I ordered a peppermint mocha blender. I recieve a plain mocha. With as much money as I spend in this business it is very disappointing that I'm not getting what I pay for. So I'm changing my review till the customer service changes. Also calling does no good, they don't seem to hear the phone ringing.

I missed breakfast so I stopped on the corner between home and work. I tried there waffle, egg, cheese and sausage sandwich. It was very good. The waffle was crispy like it had just come from the waffle iron.
