Love the drinks and the staff. I usually don't drink coffee at all but they made some suggestions and came up with a chocolate drink I really like. Even though I keep forgetting what they call it lol. Great Job guys!! 😋

Music played in Falcon location is obnoxious. Service is a bit slow inside, but drive thru is quick. Coffee is good but sometimes taste a bit bitter. Staff here is usually friendly.
Main street location, same deal, quick drive thru, usually slower service inside. Music is good here and the staff is also usually nice.

Coffee is never hot enough.. just luke warm. But the taste is good

The drive threw line goes pretty fast.
The workers are professional and kind.
The drinks are ok not amazing just ok.
They need more plant based options.

Really, we're so glad the owners of White Buffalo Coffee opened up shop in little ol' Altus. It's a great escape from the grind (pun intended).

Lovely little coffee shop. Mostly go there when visiting and go thru drive thru- good service btw. Last time we went in and ate in. Nice decor, good service and good food.

I came here multiple times during a business trip and I’m very impressed! The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean, the service always has a smile, and the coffee is great! Highly Recommend! I will absolutely return if I return to Altus!

Loved the inside of the building in Altus, Ok. Very comfortable & clean. The staff very friendly, courteous & efficient. Only complaint is there is no creamer for people with dairy or nut allergies. The non dairy options are nut based (Almond, Coconut & Soy) which I was unable to use due to nut allergy & lactose intolerant.

Overall, a decent experience. The store provides an adequate atmosphere for relaxing, working, and/or spending time with friends. There is free wifi available with an average download speed of 50Mbps. The house coffee is acceptable, but it's nothing to write home about.

The store has limited their selection of drip coffee to one choice. And as I stated previously, it is not even a noteworthy brew. There is not one type of customer, therefore, you should not have just one type of drip coffee (i.e. offer a selection of Light-Dark roasts). As well, they do not offer free refills on the drip coffee. Nor do they offer any sort of incentive program for loyal customers.

This store has just recently opened, so hopefully they're still in the process of solidifying certain things and acquiring partnerships with different roasters.
