The staff is inattentive and standoffish. No friendliness or personality. The coffee tasted terrible.

Stopped her just to see what kind of coffee they served and believe or not they had Starbucks we played checkers with the kids while we waited for our first great granddaughter!!!! Nice friendly staff!!!!!

Haven't tried any food from there. The drinks are great.

I am a loyal customer! Why? Because they have the right flavor and my drink is right every time. Thus making my experience enjoyable. Cause I love my expresso and the Bru. Thank you.

Since the relaunch of this cafe. I have had pretty good service my oatmeal cookie drink is made correctly friendly service the staff does keep changing but my drink and food is correct. They were rough over the last few years but seem to be smoothing out finally.

This coffeeshop is located at the hospital near the main entrance. From a design aesthetic, the location is quite nice and comfortable, making you almost forget it is co-located with a hospital. This location serves Starbucks coffee and has many of the familiar options you would find at a traditional Starbucks location. That is where the similarities end. Although the beans are Starbucks, the location lacks a proper espresso machine and opts for an automated commercial machine often found in cafeterias or my former office break room. The espresso was over extracted, sour, and would require a lot of sugar to be drinkable. The dessert coffee options are slightly better at hiding the faults of the espresso. The staff here is friendly and welcoming, as well as the numerous hospital staff passing through. In addition to coffee, you will find several breakfast sandwiches, salads, chips and pastries to choose from. From a coffee perspective, unless you are looking for a dessert coffee, you will find yourself disappointed.

I love their cold brew, croissants, fresh avocados, and cookies. It’s so nice to sit and enjoy coffee with friends. They even have games, tv, & a nice patio. My daughter thinks the pink drink is the best. Baristas are friendly. I’m going back to try their Bang drinks.

Though the cafe looks clean and well, I cannot support a business that steals from their employees. That tip jar gets given to the hospital.

How are you going to pay people minimum wage, and take their tips when the CEO is making $200k+ a year. You really can’t let them keep the measly $5 in the jar?

The ladies always greet you with a really BIG smile and great service !! Coffee is Excellent !!

I always enjoy going in and asking them to make me Starbuck drinks (even old seasonal drinks)! Tried their breakfast sandwiches for the first time and it was amazing. They don't disappoint!
