Pressed Coffee Bar & Eatery

Food is mostly good, can be hit or miss. Would like more variety on the menu. The premises needs some work and the kitchen seems too small for the operation they’re trying to run. Ultimately I just don’t know how well a refurbished home works as an eatery.

I would give it a higher rating of their food and drinks were reasonably priced. Cookies are amazing, but the chicken wrap was so disgusting, and the chicken was lukewarm. I ended up puking violently. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Right off the bat, cool location being in a old Victorian house, unfortunately no central air in July so it was hotter then satans bhole. Prices are a bit high, strange considering no servers and the menu & ingredients are relatively simple. Friendly staff. My friend was quick to point out that none of the cooks in the kitchen wore gloves that was handling food..pretty sure thats a health code violation. But I would come back for the coffee.

I went to their website to see what daily soup they had that day. I went to go pick up my soup and it was not the soup they said was their daily soup online. Disappointed. The bread they offer with the soup was delicious and the butter that came along with the bread. The soup wasn't worth it. It was SUPER salty. It was so salty that I had to add water to my soup. I probably will never buy soup from here again.

Had the avocado toast & eggs w/ coffee. Whole grain toast / avocado spread was something different and delious. Would deffinatly go again. In an old house, not a new modern building.

Place seemed nice enough. I ordered two coffees, and didn’t realize until I was gone that they were poured lukewarm.

What a beautiful little shop , wonderful staff GREAT time.

Like the food, employees, not so much. Seems like it hurts them to be friendly. The parking is terrible too. They need to get more parking and friendlier employees. Until then, maybe I’ll go back for that avocado toast! It was wonderful!

Love the aesthetic! The vibe was really calm, a good thing place to go if you want to just chill.
