Coffee Hub Xenia

Loved this spot! Iced chai latte was perfect and I enjoyed the strawberry waffle. Staff was good and will come back whenever I am in town.

My absolute FAVORITE place to get coffee. (Both Xenia and Beavercreek). Love love love the community atmosphere, it seems like you always see a friend or make a new one. The baristas are always super friendly and accommodating. The coffee is the best! The food is amazing! Best breakfast sandwiches and quiche for a very good price. The waffles are delicious. Never had a less than wonderful experience. :)

Coffee good, staff friendly, open till 9pm which is helpful for me. So I like it.
It is a large cavernous room which needs to be broken up into a few cozy nooks. Maybe some rugs to absorb the echoes. I dont know, I'm not an expert.

I used to go here every day they're open but, not so much anymore. Except my very last visit, their drinks are usually great, the last one was colored water which should be difficult to accomplish with adding 3 shots of espresso to the already 3 and 7/8 shots of caramel. Even that aside, the staff I liked seems to be all gone and new is slow and it's just not as good anymore across the board. I placed my last order online, should have been ready 20 minutes later and when I got there 25 minutes after I placed the order, the girl working was on her cell phone and my order hadn't even been started, making me late. For now, I'm not going back, maybe I'll give it another shot in a couple months or so.

The coffee’s not amazing but it is decent considering the lack of nearby alternatives. The atmosphere is a little odd, considering the large open space and cold, cheap seating options. However, the menu is full of great options, the prices are shockingly cheap, and the baristas are some of the friendliest around. It’s worth a try, even if just to have a nice conversation.

Had my first visit here today. Ordered Americano and a muffin. Muffin was ok (I'll try a different flavor next time), coffee was great. Best part was the atmosphere and friendly staff. I will definitely return.

The barista was sweet but really slow. My iced latte had no syrup in or anything other than milk. I needed up pouring my cinnamon rolls syrup in it. Maybe I needed to ask for some? It was really clean and nice though. Update I went a second time , I ordered something different and it was amazing! It was better than Starbucks❤️. The barista was really quick that day and sweet. I would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for the BEST coffee in town then make your way to coffee hub. Staff is very friendly, coffee is freshly made, delicious and will definitely wake you up.

Very coffee house vibe. My wife loves the iced chi latte and I do not drink coffee but the donuts are tasty and they have enough space for small group meetings or studying. Very nice prices too
