NOPE! NEVER AGAIN! Wife and I tried it for the first time this morning. They’ll never make it, especially being right beside Dunkin. Absolutely horrible. Why would a company spend money on building a nice new restaurant only to serve “food” like this?

I love Caribou Coffee and I'm so excited I was able to get some while I was in Ohio! I wish there were more Caribou Coffee shops in the Midwest!

Just got my first “taste” of Caribou Coffee and I don’t plan on returning! For starters, I pull up BEFORE they were to actually supposed to close, and the lady informed me that they couldn’t serve me, although not quite 10p, because they had “minors that they needed to get out.” Since they are still brand new in town, one would figure that they would be happy to get all the business they could, but I completely understand them wanting to close EARLY for that reason. I ever so politely, or so I thought, asked if I could just ask a question about their cocoa for next time. The lady first replied in a very nice tone answering the question “for when you can return of course,” of the flavors they had, plus ones with espresso. I thanked her and let her know that I was actually asking for the young child in the car, because we were just looking for a warm treat on the way home from her sister’s school play. I then turned to my child, and in a PRIVATE conversation, said that we could try Starbucks, because I know she likes their hot white chocolate. Afterwards, as I started to drive away, I overheard the adult employee at the window very loudly stating to the car waiting on their ordered that she “knows Starbucks is closed too, and she’s glad they are,” as she laughed about it. I see nothing funny in the fact that you not only denied us service before closing time, but that you’re glad that the only other restaurant that we know of in town that serves what we wanted was closed! I can promise you that I’ve NEVER had that type of service at Starbucks, and can guarantee that they would have served EVERY car waiting in line before closing time. At least I learned early on what type of employees Caribou Coffee hires, and you can be sure we’ll be sticking with Starbucks from now on!

As a Minnesotan living in Ohio, I’m very excited to see these starting to pop up here! Drinks were exactly as they are back home and the staff was kind. 11/10

Amazing place! Glad I made it there in plenty time before they closed… I hate being the person to come last minute and inconvenience all the employees trying to go home so I always check times before I go to give myself and the employees enough time. Employees were very helpful and were great at answering my questions. Looking at some of the reviews, seems like some people don’t have a sense of time management and self awareness of stores closing…

Went to Caribou late at night because I heard they had great Bousted drinks that would give me some energy for a busy night. Got there as they were supposed to be closing pulled in at 958 and was worried I would be a burden, but everyone was nice and helpful when I had no idea what flavors they offered. got out right after 10 drink was great will go again

Tried it out the first day opening, I had a strawberry mango bousted drink, which i thought would be sweet like a refresher, but no. It tasted like a refresher that had been sat out with ice in it for a few hours and was mostly watered down with a tiny tiny hint of strawberry..it wasn't for me, but at least Dunkin next door has my daily strawberry green tea refresher ready for me to buy.

Another overpriced coffee shop. Coffee is good, but that begs the question. Why go here as opposed to any other coffee place in town? (besides dunkin) If your coffee is only a step or two above the creamer sold at walmart, just to charge 10 dollars a cup? No thanks.

A little pricey but drinks always hot and full. We've tried breakfast sandwiches not the best but I love the different drinks I've tried.
