I love this place! Seriously, the staff is always really friendly and the quality of drinks is always on point. It's a great coffee shop

The employee was more interested in discussing her mental health with her pink-haired friend than acknowledging the two of us standing in line. After 3 minutes of being ignored, we went elsewhere.

I'd give it 6 stars. Great customer service, awesome espresso, and the prices are very reasonable. Trade in your Starbucks app and support this little, local, hidden gem of a coffee shop.

One of my favorite coffee shops to work remotely in. Great coffee, seating, and music. They also have the friendliest staff.

Everything is always yummy, but literally every last time I visit, my order is wrong. Every. Time. On a real good day they make both our drinks wrong. I guess I’m not sure how this happens so consistently when they’re putting in my order as I order it, print out a sheet with the order on it, and still make it wrong. I’ll probably continue to go to sure house, they’re a bit quicker and never get my drink wrong and they don’t even ring it up until after they make it.

My wife and I frequent here often. They have great coffee, and the staff is very friendly. A bit higher budget than some other coffee shops, but the experience is worth it. They treat you like friends here, unlike a different local shop that does not seem to appreciate customers anymore.

So the website showed a fall menu, they didn’t have any of it once we got there, not even listed on the menu. Chai was too spicy to even drink. We were pretty disappointed because this place was great any other time we’ve been here.

My favorite place to get coffee ever. It’s always made perfectly.
