This place is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. I started a low carb diet and they let me scan the ingredients into my app no problem. They have a keto drink menu if you ask. I was extremely thankful for the help i received. I have never had a bad drink or experience here.

I stopped in on the referral of a drug rep that we catered for just up the street.

Parking was relatively open and is very quaint on the inside. I immediately noticed that it was very clean and had the aroma of what one would expect, fresh brewed coffee. I waited in line for about 4 to 5 minutes as I had a lovely couple ahead of me. When I approached the young lady, I admitted that I was not familiar with this brand and had asked something similar to a Caramel Macchiato. She very quickly said with a smile, "no worries, we have something for you!". I felt very welcomed and the sincerity she showed was astounding for myself being a first timer. She eased my tensions as every other customer who came in was greeted by their name and "the usual". Most endearing and fantastic customer service, I thought.
The young lady who took my order was also making my beverage, which is fine but the lady behind me was obviously in a hurry as she kept checking on her car. Now, this is normally not a problem but there was an employee or two in the back talking to the drive through lady about personal business and it was quite the conversation! One of the people in the back even came out to clarify what she was saying to the drive through lady, but not once did she acknowledge the lady or now, 2 ladies waiting to be served. After she clarified, she again returned to the back without even a glance at the counter (we are going on 8 to 10 minutes). Alas, another employee walk ins the door, now there are 3 to 4 total on the floor, after she clocks in, she gets updated and then asks to assist the lady behind me.

My coffee was great but I felt so uncomfortable watching these other customers wait, not to mention that is how long I may have to wait is enough to bypass and wait for the next coffeeshop down the road.
I am believing the owners were not present and let me tell you that the owners have a lot of money wrapped up in this business. High end espresso machines, logo cups and logo merchandise for sale (pretty cool stuff too). Great coffee But the lack of focused customer service is what did the visit in. The counter cashier could have used help but she recieved none nor even an offer.
Gossip and personal lives were more important than the customers in line.

The coffe gave it the second star
The attention and warmth of the one cashier who focused on her customers gave it the third otherwise it was 1 at best. You shouldn't gossip in front of customers, especially about other customers who are not there. Boo!
