It is rare, but I was disappointed with this particular Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered a dark roast with a shot of caramel and one cream. I waited quite some time for my order because they were very busy. No problem. However, as I stood and watched, the guy began to prepare my beverage. I could see him filling my coffee cup with the original brew. He brought it to me and so I asked him if he knew what he had done. He said he would remake it which meant he had to refresh pot of the midnight brew. I suspect he knew all along and was just trying to avoid making a new pot because it was very obviously labeled. As it turns out they put more cream in my coffee than I had requested. It was still okay just not what I had ordered. Duncan is normally one meticulous about these things.

The coffee is either great one day or horrible the next. They almost never have donuts and when they do, they have very little filling

Customer service is always awesome they are friendly courteous and make your order correctly. Donots and coffee are always delicious 😋 of course. All of the employees are kind and work together. Great atmosphere. You can tell the restaurant is well managed.

The workers really need to fix their attitudes. If you are really about to talk bad about the people at the speaker, mute your headset!! It's very unprofessional, I'd rather go to Lima's Dunkin at this point. Also when someone says sugar free vanilla shots, that does not mean swirl. I usually don't leave bad reviews but everytime I go it's met with disrespect and wrong orders.

Update: 7/29/22 I did a mobile order today. I basically paid $4.79 for a cup of ice water. So dissatisfied.

The store really needs to work on its consistency. It may be a small thing but when I order an iced coffee in the afternoon I get cinnamon on top of the drink. If I order it in the morning, I do not get the cinnamon. Like I said it’s not a big thing but it would be nice to see some CONSISTENCY. Also, the donuts are very overpriced for what you get, the City Bakery is definitely better, too bad they can’t relocate and add coffee drinks so they could have more consistent hours.

The iced coffee is OK but is it is not as good as Biggby’s in St Marys. Too bad it’s a drive away.

Placed a mobile order so it would be ready to pick up on my way to church. I get there and there was no place to pick up a mobile order. I waited for at last 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. My order was ready but it was behind the counter, there was NO WAY I could have walked in, picked it up and left. The whole point of a mobile order is to avoid the wait. I get this is a new store, but the employees here need to do a better job checking mobile order tickets so walk in pick up customers can pick up their orders and go, there is a reason they placed a mobile order.

I am a local. I do support these businesses being that I work in fast food so waiting in line a while is not an issue for me at all. However, what I do mind is the ease of ordering. Ordering here is a struggle most days. I always order food, not coffee and never get napkins. Even if I ask at the speaker. I don’t know what is so hard about giving napkins. Anyway, food is usually good although, not consistent at all. Sometimes burnt, sometimes under done. Especially after waiting a good 5-10 minutes, I just want something edible. I will return for sure.

You can see the employees running around trying to get everything out so I dont blame them but it takes forever 20-30 mins. Dunkin needs to hire more people

Absolutely the worst service in the food and beverage industry! I waited 35 minutes inside for a black coffee and two donuts. People who ordered 17 orders after me were getting their drinks first and this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me. It’s literally utter chaos and confusion for the workers. I politely complained and got verbally abused by a white trash manager! Never again will I spend my money here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else and save yourself the headache!

Used to be quick service, now they take more than 20 mins to get a coffee and they have also messed up my order more than once and they have an attitude when I say that the order is wrong as if it’s my fault they messed it up…
