Sip & Brew

After my 'local' coffee shop closed, I have been looking for a local shop that was able to even come close to what this area was missing. Sip & Brew has succeeded! Great atmosphere, and the inside set up was totally unexpected compared to the outside of the building. Cute set up, plenty of seating room, and Wi-Fi! Simple menu, local roasts, and homemade syrups! I ordered a basic vanilla oat milk iced latte to get a taste of the syrup and espresso. Absolutely wonderful! Can't wait to come back and try the other homemade syrups. They also offer crepes, which I did not try but hope to in the future! Welcome to the neighborhood!

I had very satisfying bacon caprese crepe and a smooth cold brew. The tender crepe filled will plenty of bacon, tomato, and mozzarella was more filling than I would have expected from a crepe. I've not had many crepes I'm my life, but I can say that this one was very tasty. Some more basil on top might help drive in the caprese flavor, but I would certainly get it again.
The cold brew (black) was also excellent being neither too bitter, acidic, weak, nor strong.

Beyond the food, the staff was very attentive and I could tell they cared about my and others' experience. I also liked that there was a variety of seating including bar seating and a sofa.

The staff/owners are amazingly sweet. This was my second time in and I tried the strawberry cheesecake crepe and omg 😍😍😍that was the best crepe I’ve ever had. My new regular breakfast stop 😍

Ya wait and wait and wait. And that's just to order at the entrance. Then we waited and waited and waited for the coffee. Then waited and waited and waited for the food. My crepe arrived and my wife's arrived to our table five minutes after mine. Could have used some ham in the ham and cheese as featured on the wall menu. Nice ambiance. Hectic staff.

Great place. Nice atmosphere. . . Ham and Cheese crepe is delicious and good size. The Banana and Strawberry crepe was good too, with the Nutella spread. . . I didn't have spread 😋

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The staff is amazing, the coffee hits the spot, and the crepes are perfect. I have yet to have something that wasn't amazingly delicious.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating! I'm very sensitive to caffeine so I order half caffeinated and they were great about making it work for any drink I have offered.
The ham and cheese crepe is amazing and come with tons of ham. And are huge! The nutella strawberry and banana crepe was delish as well! I HIGHLY recommend the apple cinnamon muffin. They warm it for you if you want too and its delish!
Coffee is great quality and they plenty of syrups, creamers, milks (oat milk, almond milk, half and half etc.) and sweetener options.
Most importantly its very affordable! A must try for sure!

The BEST crepes I've had in Toledo. Blew past every expectation I had and will definitely be coming back to get more. Very friendly and passionate staff that will help you find exactly what you need for a morning boost!

This reminds me of a little cafe you would find in a small town. Very nice, very clean, very nice service, a nice place if you had some work to do & wanted a bite to eat as well.
