BIGGBY COFFEE

It is a very nice coffee shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am personally more of a tea drinker and they had quite a few tea options in traffic as well. They of course had lots of coffee options and they had a couple other items too. There is a nice area to sit and chat. No lounge area (i.e. no big comfy couches with coffee tables and the like). A very nice store overall.

Always out of ingredients for drinks, fail to tell you until you have already paid and there’s nothing you can do. Paying full menu price for a drink that’s short ingredients gets upsetting when it happens every single visit. Luckily, Starbucks is close by!

My coffee and bragel were good, however employees could use better customer service. Out of all the biggbys I've been to this staff could use some friendliness. When we finished ordering and the next couple must of been regulars because the staff were friendly and laughing with them.

I think this is the first bad review i have given a place. The staff were neither polite or courteous. We weren't offered a receipt. The girl gave me a 24 oz drink when I ordered a 32 oz. They forgot our bagel and when asked, said that it was almost done. Then we proceeded to witness her tell the bagel girl to rush the everything bagel with plain cream cheese. So bagel girl, instead of toasting, microwaves our bagel to get it done quicker. While this is happening people are being served that ordered well after us, with more complicated orders. After finally receiving my 15 minute rubbery nuked bagel mush my coffee was already cooling, like my mood, after expecting at least some effort from a franchise. Sorry to say I will not frequent any Biggby anytime soon. Also, resting b*t@h face is fine, but being one is not.

They are amazing and they've never done anything wrong. They are fantastic and they make the best drinks ever. This is a really weird review but I am drinking a red bull cream freeze from them and I'm just feeling some emotions. It might be because I haven't seen an actual human being in like nine days cuz of this quarantine but it doesn't matter this s*** is fire. Love you biggby STM y'all are the best

Usually have a great experience but a few times have had where they dont give me my coffee in my drinks, i go through ordering specialty LATTES frozen, latte meaning coffee, yet they give me the "creme freeze" version of whatever i actually ordered ..i wouldn't care as much but i really NEED the coffee in the morning to wake up. Today i waited forever, which I understand you guys were busy, but your workers need to know the meaning of the world latte, means you want coffee.

The employees are always super friendly and listen to every request i have, even the complicated ones! I have been to the one in Lima on Allentown rd and the one in St. Marys by JTs and both have always had excellent service and fantastic coffee that can turn any bad day into a not only bearable one but a great one

No issues when I went. Service was quick, coffee was fresh, I was pleased with it all!

Today was my first visit to Biggby Coffee. I had a rather large shopping list for Kroger and saw a 50% off frozen drinks, so I said why not give it a try? I refuse to give Starbucks any money due to their business practices. I ordered a 24oz frozen Mocha Caramel and since they had sandwiches I got a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. Staff was very friendly even though they were very busy between inside guests and the drive thru. I still got my order rather quick I thought. The drink was fantastic! I mean it was REALLY good. The sandwich was ok for a microwaved sandwich. They made a believer out of me! I will now be a Biggby Coffee regular. Also the inside and out was very clean and the mensroom was also clean and we'll stocked.
