Excellent local coffee and gelato shop with a clean and modern interior, excellent specials and seasonal items, and a convenient drive through. The staff is always friendly.

Best coffee I have tasted, great pastries, drinks and gelato! Love the atmosphere, it's super welcoming and very bright with great indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome customer service with super friendly employees! One of the best spots in Canton for sure!

8/21 Update-- updating to 4 stars! We tried again and went thru the drive through. I got a brown sugar Maple latte (iced) and my son got a watermelon spritzer. My iced latte was STRONG and delicious, it was perfect! Had many a weak iced latte in my day but this one was perfect. My son was obsessed with his spritzer. I'm glad we tried again, everything was perfect - and quick!
OG review when first opened-- I've been here twice now and was disappointed each time. I roast my own coffee at home but often buy locally to support local and when I run out. The first visit, I purchased the Nicaragua. I use a Chemex at home to brew which will bring out flavors. Unfortunately none were brought out here, it was very murky. To be fair the Nicaragua I bought same day from Muggswigz was also just not good so I was willing to try ORC again seeing as how it might have just been the fact that I don't like Nicaraguan beans. First visit also my husband bought Gelato, I want to say pumpkin, and it was really not good. I would definitely recommend working on the Gelato, because I want to love it!
On my second trip I stood in line 10 minutes to buy three bags while the only cashier chatted it up with customer-friends at the counter. I kept looking over to the roasting room to see if the owner would notice but if he did he didn't realize the problem (there were others in line waiting too ahead and behind me). This place needs a second cashier stand/ register to speed up wait times. Especially when just buying beans, waiting is the last thing I want to do.
I bought three roasts on my second trip. Interstate 77 espresso, Mexican Chiapas, and I think Sumatra. The Sumatra was the only roast I could finish. Mexican labeled as Medium roast but the beans were still very dull, not shiny (not all beans get shine in medium roast so not end of world) and generally acidic. I truly think this should have been labeled a light roast, and as a side note it is terrible as a cold brew, please do not attempt. The interstate 77 was fine but nothing to write home about. I pulled some espresso with it but it wasn't strong enough so I just used it as drip. Also the cashier didn't offer to grind my beans, which I don't need, but it's definitely good custom to ask. There was a time before I had a grinder and if the barista forgot to ask if I needed my beans ground, I forgot to ask, and I showed up at home with whole beans and no way to grind them.
I'd have to agree with a previous reviewer that the roasting in house seems gimmicky. If a coffee shop is roasting in house, I expect the coffee beans to be better than those I can buy at the grocery store. Or at least on par so I can justify paying $18/ bag and supporting a local business. More roast profiles would be solid idea. Researching the best ways to roast different beans would also be helpful. Not all do well at a light-med stop.
Pros: This place IS SUPER NICE. They did a great job with the layout, and it's really cool to see the keg options and a ground control roaster. With some fine tuning on the service and roasting I can see it rivaling Starbucks. Staff is very kind also.
Cons: In house roasted coffee is mediocre, even less than mediocre when you consider the price. Really need to fine tune and offer more roast profiles than just medium.. did I mention they were all labeled medium roasts? Keep in mind consumers enjoy different profiles so while roasting to your own preference is fine, it's important to have other options. Long wait times call for 2nd register. Gelato needs some work too because affogatos are life.
Keep going OCR, you are in just the beginning! This post is only meant to offer an honest review by someone who has visited countless coffee shops, and has done a lot of research on coffee and roasting. Your concept is wonderful, this place will be an amazing local spot here soon.

Great, friendly people, excellent coffee, and great breakfast sandwich. Zero complaints, and tons of compliments. A-one!

I love this new coffee shop in town. The coffee is great and its warm and inviting. However, I gave it 3 stars because the Wifi is so bad. I've tried to work from here at least 4 time and every time I cannot get any work done. I always end up disappointed and leave after 10-15 minutes. I know it is not my devices because I have gotten a brand new IPhone and Macbook between visits. Also, I went in there recently to grab a coffee and the lady at the counter said their register was running slow due to the bad Wifi so they must know this is a problem. Hopefully this can be fixed because I really enjoy hanging out there.

My new favorite local coffee shop! I love all of their drinks so far, especially the specialty ones. Their menu offers a huge variety of drink and food/pastry items, there is something for everyone here. Whether you want a sugary sweet drink, to a pourover, from a hot breakfast slider to yummy gelato. The service is great: the baristas are extremely kind and personable. Once you come in a few times, they’ll begin to recognize you as a regular. The baristas are doing so well for how new this place is, too. It’s really only been open a month or so and this place is doing an exceptional job, and I can only see it getting better as they’re open longer.
If you’re looking for specific recommendations: my favorite drink is the Maple Brown Sugar Oat Latte, and their Chorizo Bacon Sliders are an incredible food option.

Their coffee is great, just a tad pricey. They charge an extra $1 for alternative milk, which is the highest I've seen in the area. But they have lots of great flavors and you can get an affogato (coffee with ice cream) since they have gelato on site.

This is one of my favorite hangs. Frank and the Baristas make wonderful coffee and are very quick to find out how your day is going. Good Gelatto. Great atmosphere. Two thumbs up!!!

They have really good coffee but I had pretty poor service. First, they ask you for your name but the baristas don’t use it which is odd. Secondly, since they ask for your name but don’t call it out they made my wife and my drink wrong (iced not hot) so they were left sitting up there for 10 minutes while we waited. Suspecting I realized their error I went up and said “these were to be hot”. The manager stated they were rung in cold and if I wanted them, I said no I’d like what I ordered and have them hot. They fixed the error but no one seemed too bothered that two drinks took 18 minutes to prepare.
The drinks were good but they need to train and overhaul their process a little bit when busy. A lot of options in the area.

My girlfriend likes this place so i was trying to give it a chance. This is the 3rd time ive tried this shop and the 3rd time my drink was not good.. i get a simple iced vanilla latte and its like mostly milk… the ratios are not right and for as much as starbucks messes up i feel theyre better at making iced lattes… also i would love my money back but just gonna chalk it up. Would end up spending the refund in gas. Wish they could just make the drink right.
