I placed an order online 12/28/20 for a cookie cake to be picked up at noon on 1/2/21. When I arrived at the store I stated to the cashier I was there to pick up a cake. Instantly the cashier gave me huge crazy eyes and stated "well there is no cake". The cashier walked away and began to call someone and proceeded to ask me when I ordered the cake and assumed I had done it the night before. I showed the cashier my email confirmation, she was looking through there system and did find my order under their "unfulfilled screen". The cashier then told me to come back in an hour and a half and they will give me a dozen cookies to go with it for free. I arrived back at the store at 1:30 to pick up the cake, and it still was not done. After another half hour of waiting the cashier stated "I am no decorator but how does this look" and to be honest I could've done a better job myself. After she package up the cake and my dozen cookies she proceeds to say I will get a discount because what happened "is not fair". I had to inform the cashier that I had already paid for the cake when I placed the order, she then gives me $2.50 out of her TIP JAR. The first picture is what I ordered, and the second picture is what I received. This was my first and last time ordering from this store.

The mini m&m cookies were so soft and delicious! The employee working was able to quickly frost me something for a special occasion. Thanks a ton!

Girl that works there had an attitude. Did not greet me or say have a nice day. She was on here cellphone which was more important than taking care of her customers. If you don't want to work then give someone else the job who would appreciate it. I will never go back to that place! Take care!

The women working there shouted 10 feet away while she was sitting in a chair in the back, asking, "What do you want", in an aggressive tone. Then when she finally decided to stand up, she walked over and asked what flavor drink I wanted. She was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to get up and work. My partner and I decided to leave due to her poor service. That is a QUICK way to lose customers. I highly do not recommend coming here..

Stasia (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was super nice and decorated some cookies for me with no notice. She made them absolutely beautifully and was fast while also helping other customers. Definitely helped save my coworkers bad day with beautiful and yummy cookies!

I went to the TCBY here to get frozen yogurt. When I got there, there was one employee there and they were sitting on a chair in the corner on their phone when I arrived. They weren't overtly rude, but also didn't act like they liked their job very much; they never said anything to greet me, like "Hi welcome to TCBY" or even said "have a nice day" when I left. I tried to be nice and make small talk while they were getting my froyo, but they shut me down. After I left, I walked to a nearby table to eat my yogurt and I saw them sit back down and keep looking at their phone. The froyo was good though, they get an extra star for that.

I come by twice a month and without fail, the ppl behind the counter are horrendously rude. The cookies are my favorite but I won't be coming back. Blonde girl could not even be bothered to make eye contact when my fiancee asked, when will you reopen to which she angrily responds, whenever I'm finished, and walks away.

Went there this past weekend and the employee rushed me into ordering my cookies when I was trying to decide which ones I wanted. She had an attitude as well. My cookies were hard like they've been sitting there for a while. Once she rung me out she went to the back and was on her cellphone. I will not be going back.

I can't truthfully rate the products only the service... At 2:30 on a beautiful Friday afternoon my wife and I walk up to the counter and begin to look at the selection after a minute or so a young lady comes out to greet us with a stern and quick "whaddya need" to which I jokingly respond "maybe a cookie or two" with a big goofy smile on my face to which she quickly replies with..... A VERY hateful look on her face and proceeds to stare at me as if I just ran over her favorite kitten on her birthday for at least a solid 30 seconds then as she switches her medusa gaze upon my lovely wife we briskly walk away before actually turning to stone. But in all honesty the cookies LOOKED good.

First I wouldn’t even give a 1/2 star. Twice I’ve ordered a cookie cake, both 16”, there was hardly any frosting on the cake, and it looked like a 5 year old decorated it. They do not take any pride in their cakes. I will never ever go there again, and I will make sure I post pictures of the cake and pass the word NOT to go to Mrs. Fields!! I am beyond mad over this!!
