Sips and Such Social House

Drinks, atmosphere, customer service was amazing!! Very clean facility! The food was another thing; looked good but the chicken & waffles were 2 chicken tenders and some homemade waffles nothing special. 0/10 recommend the biscuits and gravy.. they’re supposed to be homemade but they were frozen in the middle. Equivalent to continental breakfast at a hotel. The only thing really good was the mac and cheese…

Visiting the area and decided to stop by this Sips & Such for a nice hot coffee and a muffin. Plenty of space inside and very clean. The young lady who processed my payment and order Lizzy is truly outstanding. She spoke with a smile I could hear in her voice, see in her expression, and sense in her energy. This spot is definitely recommended. I must admit I keep confusing the name and calling it Sips & Thangs but it is Sips & Such.

Great breakfast! The chorizo breakfast burrito was amazing! Service was fast and friendly.

Their pumpkin pie cold brew was as beautifully presented as it was delicious. I tried their grilled chicken wrap with a side of fruit for lunch and was completely impressed. The atmosphere is nice too. I’ll definitely be back.

Cute little coffee spot that also serves great food! Had an egg white burrito and it did not disappoint! Forgot to take pics though! Will definitely come back!

I’ve tried this restaurant twice. Once I’m person, once via Uber eats. Unfortunately, both times disappointed me.
First time I requested my bill & card back & was argued with by service it was returned, only to have turned booth upside down & server “accidentally found” the card under the register 25 minutes later. (At table app was down so couldn’t be used).
Second time, Uber eats. Ordered poached eggs on My Middleburg but received NO bacon & poached eggs were completely hard boiled. I ordered on uber eats for their amazing coffee, even that was disappointing delivered. Coffee was cold and gross being delivered. Sorry I’m sips and such…you failed in person and delivery. I was rooting for you as a mom and pop but you failed in person and delivery attempts.

I love this gem! Always excellent food and service. I'm an east sider, but anytime I have a chance, I visit Sips and Such :)
