BEST COFFEE IN MEDINA HANDS DOWN!!! I've become a regular and the girls Workin are so kind and provide excellent service and all around a very nice place. Highly recommend and also their baked goods are amazing too! They have all types of options including vegan brownies, etc. All around amazing.

Very cute little shop with a pleasant atmosphere, and good vegan pastries! However I got a medium mocha with coconut milk and it tasted exactly like watered down hot chocolate. Nothing frothy about it, and I know coconut milk can be a little watery but I've had excellent coconut milk mochas at other coffee shops. My brother got a large cappuccino with coconut milk and it tasted like hot milk. You could not taste the coffee in either of our drinks. We let our sister who doesn't like coffee try both drinks and she couldn't taste coffee either. I see this shop has great reviews but it's honestly the worst mocha I have ever had and I don't know if we visited on a bad day or what. We headed over to Cool Beans instead.

This bakery is great. Delicious food they have cookies,maroons and coffee and more. They have indoor seating cafe style. Great bakery. 10/10 Recommend

I stopped in for some cookies, but ended up with a cinnamon roll and a coffee. The roll was good, the coffee was great. The counter person was really cheerful and it was a nice break from the day.

Everything I've gotten from Honey Bee Bakery has been delicious! I especially love their vegan pastries and cakes. Keni is so talented and creative that I keep saying she can't possibly outdo each thing she makes and then she does!

I called last week (Thursday ) to place an order and call today to check on my order (6/12/2019) no one didn't answer so I left an VM. I literally called 20 minutes later and they forward my call to vm. (😆 ) I was really excited to try those lemon bars but the poor customer service has given me the perception that this bakery wasn’t worth the time and money. Moving forward, you should follow up with your customers if they request an order over the phone. Especially return people phone calls if they are inquiry of their order. Wish you luck and I hope you use this as a learning opportunity.

I will say I'm very pleased with Honey 🐝 Bakery customer service. I pick up my order on Sunday (7-14-2019). I went about the review the wrong way and I apologize for my actions. However, the those damn cupcakes were delicious and taste sooo good. Thank you for your patience and continue to go over and beyond for your customers. You have a customer for life...

Amy was awesome in helping us pick out our wedding cake! The cake and frostings were absolutely delicious! We are really excited to see our finished product in June!

I was super excited to try this bakery and wanted them to do my baby show cake and cookies. I have been Facebooking with them and sent my pictures and even got pricing, date, and time from Honey Bee. This was about 2 months before my baby shower.

I have contacted the bakery 3 times in the last 4 weeks to make sure we were still on schedule. One of the workers told me that they did not see my order and that I should call in an speak to the owner when she was in. I then called back again and got the owner. She advised me they were having problems with Facebook and email and to text her the pictures. She told me once she received the pictures she would confirm.

Another week went by and I still didn't hear from her. At this point, I feel I have done more than enough as a customer. I have been shopping for cakes and my party is the 15th this month. So frustrated!!!! This is why people get upset with small businesses I would have been fine if they would have told me 2 months ago that they were booked and couldn't do it.
