They have such great deals and half off on Thursdays and have helped my daughter and her friends a few times when they were short on change!!!!

As always the ice cream and Boba tea were perfect. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling.

Honestly awful, I went for the Boba tea, the ice cream rolls seemed like they might be better though, if you like bubble tea, avoid this place 🤮

I really want to love this place. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been slowish, but tonight just blew my mind. My friend and I both ordered and açaí bowl. The same one. My bowl took about 15 minutes to come out, and as if this time, we’ve been waiting a full 30 minutes for the second bowl to come out. Why wouldn’t you make them both at the same time? Why put everything away just to take the exact same ingredients back out. Moreover, there’s 3 people working, 2 are standing around and not helping. You know we’ve been waiting 30 minutes. How about some teamwork here?

This place is good, and they're always busy, but they take an extremely long time because of that. Honestly, not really worth the wait.

So my sister and I went in like an hour before it got real busy. The 3 girl employees were really nice, helpful and friendly. We left and came back and the store was packed. We were really patient about it and my sister told them that they could stop taking orders and focus on getting out instead. That way people can leave and stop being annoying and the rush can slow down. We could’ve left after they said things are shutting down, but we wanted to stick around to see things go uphill. We waited like for like 30 minutes and had no problems and we started playing music on the machine thing. It was to get things in a happier mood. We played a second song, then the managers came in. The girl making ice cream rolls at the front told the manager man something about a note they wrote for people coming in at the door and he just put his finger to his mouth telling her to sush. He literally ruined my mood and the whole thing was just so uncomfortable. That guy could’ve been nicer. We were like ok. Then a whole family came in and went into the kitchen area of the restaurant with their kids and stuff. They’re managers I guess but that was so unprofessional and made things even more weird. Then the first guy manager who came in turned off our music that we payed for and everything became just awkward silence. L managing. I feel so bad for the 3 girl workers and I hope they don’t stress too much about their day because people have to understand things don’t always go the way they want it to. They were working their hardest and we appreciate that. Thank you guys. Managing needs work. You read this

Decent place. Not many choices for ice cream. My daughter loved her desert. Mine was alright. Price is high, but I guess everything is these days. Will probably return this summer.

Everything was super tasty. The inside of the store is super cute as well.

Usually love this place. Last week we went in on Thursday around 8:40-8:45ish. There were three of us. The girl rolled her eyes when we walked in saying she isn’t making teas just ice cream, which is fine that’s what we wanted, but she said it rudely. She told us she had already taken down the “open” sign. Three more girls walked in behind us and she told them she is not taking anymore customers for the day because they “close in like five minutes”. We got our ice cream and left and she slammed the door behind us! If your store says it’s open til 9, it’s open till 9. She was very rude

Best ice cream, and amazing boba teas and mock tails! Definitely recommend Strawberry Shawty, and the Mermaid mock tail!
