The new management is obviously not up to par with the former team. The service was slow and rude, but worst was the condition of the kitchen. Food was left out of the cold table and fridge for over 20 minutes and there was trash under the tables and on the counters. The employees also handled money and door knobs in the same gloves they made the food in without ever changing them. Truly disgusting.

Definitely not a "quick" experience ever, never know if it will take 10 min or 35 min per vehicle in the drive through. 2 stars because the coffee is decent and close to home

My second time to visit BHCC and even better than the first! The Seven Hills brew is very smooth and rich. Logan cheerfully served us at the patio window. We had a delicious breakfast burrito made to order. Just the right amount of cheese and salsa. It is huge!

BHCC is now offering the “Joey Salad” which looks amazing- fresh organic ingredients and it sounds very healthy. I plan to try it on my next visit!

Just got home with our order, only to discover that the Branch Hill chicken salad was chicken and egg free, and the egg salad on bagel was on a croissant. This was after the lunch crowd had gone...around 1:15, so I'm a little surprised that so little care was taken with the order. Being a retired small business owner, I try to stick with small businesses, but this doesn't bode well. Granted, it was a bit pricey..over 20.00 for the 2 items...but I'm willing to pay this if the order is correct. This is my second unsuccessful trip, and unfortunately, I'm losing faith in this business. I really do hope that management pays attention to these reviews.

Great little stop with a drive through. Full coffee menu and they offer breakfast (all day) and lunch, mostly sandwiches and pastries. Try the roast beef sandwich! I also got a delicious scone here. We've only gone through the drive through, but they had a cute little patio outside. We will definitely stop here anytime we're in the area.

We had the light roast and a Highlander grogg accompanied with avocado toast and a strawberry smoothie. It was ALL excellent and the vintage decor was inviting. We will be back!

Love this place! Such a friendly staff, great location for folks heading out on their commute, and genuinely good coffee and small eats. My boyfriend is a black coffee drinker and finds blends he loves to buy and take home. I love flavored, seasonal frozen varieties...and they offer a wide variety of both. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local cafe with a wide selection that never wavers in quality.

Ordered scones. They were "fresh baked" but totally raw dough inside. You could even see wet area on top of the scone. I am now baking them at home to get them done. This is the third time in last year I have had half baked scones. Once cooked completely, they are delicious.

Loved it! I got the salami sandwich and it was amazing. Great pairing with the garlic herb cream cheese and cucumber. Literally one of the best salami sandwiches I've ever had. Definitely will be a returning customer. Can't wait to try the coffee!
