Biggby Coffee

Quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop. The Sweet Cream Avalanche Cold Brew is *chef kiss* ( it's normally really pretty, but I couldn't wait to drink it)

I LOVE biggby coffee and am so happy that there are finally biggby coffee in Ohio. Their drinks are fun and tasty, and the menu extensive. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. I prefer this coffee hot spot over others

My girls and I went to this location and the 2 girls working were absolutely amazing!! I work at Starbucks (I didn't tell them that😉) and this was our 1st time here and they made it just awesome ❤ Even named the drink I wanted after me lol! When you give great customer service all the time it's rare sometimes to get it in return...they nailed it. Thank you for great drinks and a great experience.

Had a great experience at Loveland Biggby Coffee! The two employees working were fantastic. Great, cozy atmosphere. Very family friendly. Our kids loved it. Coffee was delicious and in the words of my six year old daughter, “The hot chocolate was 2000% better than any she’s had before.”

Just tried our new coffee shop. While I was waiting, brought out sample of strawberry chia frappe. OMG delicious. I got a white chocolate lightning creme cold brew, 20 oz, only $4.89. Starbucks it would be a large and over $6. It was absolutely wonderful. For those who want to go to Tim Hortons instead cause of the wait or price, you're missing out on the best coffee. Had a wait, of course, it just opened! It's worth the wait.

My favorite coffee place in the area! They offer a ton of great promotions, and their coffee is excellent! I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like this place is worth complimenting. Their customer service is outstanding, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. I come here quite often and they always remember me. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Excellent customer service, nearly no wait even when busy. Staff were neatly dressed & so friendly. The Espresso was spot on and drink size is slightly larger than Starbucks which is why prices are slightly higher is my guess.

Overall, you'll like this place way better than the other.

I called Biggy Coffee to see if they could make a basket for my boss who lives next to their shop. Amy went way above and beyond in making an amazing basket and delivering it for me. Thank you for all of your help and helping me make her retirement special! You guys are the best!

Ok product but have been in twice and forced to wear a mask by two different workers although I can sit at a table when I'm done ordering without mask which makes the least sense of all the "rules" our tyrants have issued. So won't be coming back. It's their choice to follow these unconstitutional mandates but my choice to spend my money elsewhere as well and coffee is everywhere. I only frequent establishments that allow freedom now without sacrificing regard for my health (which are in the majority as I haven't worn mask anywhere in months). Coffee is not worth the loss of freedom and spread of communism. Choose who you support with your wallet wisely.

Cashier lady was yelling a lot. I was right across the counter and was a little nervous placing my order. Was scared she would make me drop and do 50 push-ups. Lol

Great service overall
Order was perfect and taste was better than any other place I've been too in Cincinnati.
