Pat's Donuts & Kreme

Good donuts, but they move way to slow. It takes almost 10 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich. 2 people will be playing around in the back and 1 person working up front with 5 people in line.

Great donuts, love their triple chocolate long johns especially! If time is not an issue I would recommend going to their location on Elida road as it is open 24/7 and generally has more selection.

I work night shift after I'll usually stop by just so friendly to assist you with fresh donuts 🍩 😋 🙃 🙂 or other thing's you may want to order.

My boyfriend and I went there this last weekend and he was bring out the donuts and his shake and hot chocolate and the hot chocolate splashed out of the top of the lid onto arm, he had gotten second dargee burns from it! Now his wrist is just terrible looking and pained.
I just wish the lids were better made so liquid didn't easily come out and not so hot even for hot chocolate.

I went in this morning to grab some donuts, love them by the way and the employee was so nice. However she handed money with her hand that had a glove on and then handled food with that same hand. Especially with what's happening with the virus. And it's something you shouldn't do on a regular basis anyhow. I just wanted to let you know so you can coach where it's needed. Thank you

Great experience, but the maple bacon wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The donut mixed with a croissant (Forgot name) was AMAZING! They should have stuffed that with the maple bacon!

Excellent food, staff, and service. Cookies, Sandwhiches, and ice cream were all delicious!

I stopped by here randomly to grab some donuts for a meeting and my home. My customers loved the donuts and so did my family and I! Big delicious donuts with everything done right. They held up great all day in the car and stayed fresh for us that night. The best part of my trip to Pats was discovering her avid responses to low star reviews on google. Imagine four friends sitting around the card table, reading bad reviews and pats responses to them; our card game long forgotten, eating a dozen donuts with great delight and laughter.

Great subs, pizza, and donuts. I haven't tried anything else but I will be looking forward to. Very clean, well organized, and great customers service.
