Nickel & Bean

Had high hopes for this cute little coffee shop, but turned out to be a huge disappointment. During our ride today we came across Nickle & Bean. Went in, three employees, not one of them greeted or looked to us for several minutes. I was ready to leave but husband wanted to try the mocha. Unfriendly service, the drinks had zero flavor. Taste was flavored crushed ice, no whip cream even upon asking not once but twice and the staff literally ignored our request. Chocolate chip cookie was a dry sugar cookie. Terrible spot would not recommend to my family or friends. Way over priced for the service we received.

Overpriced and under-tasty. I'm sure the owner is going to come after me since they have come after anyone giving less than 5 stars. But I had hoped for something better and was excited to support a local business and love it, it just fell short.

Service was efficient and friendly. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. Great small talk. My brown sugar latte tasted amazing. It’ll be a place I stop whenever I come through.

Would have liked to have our scone and quiche served on an actual plate with real silverware. Especially when it's a dine-in order. Coffee and latte was good. Atmosphere was good with great lighting. Music could be a tat louder. Overall, great coffee house.

Delightful coffee shop! Friendly staff, amazing interior, great selection and cool merch. Absolutely worth a visit.

First I'll start with the building. It's the perfect blend of old and modern. Whoever remodeled this place has impeccable attention to detail and ambiance. The clean white walls mixed with the rustic original wood ceilings create an amazing atmosphere. This place is very clean. Nikki was an amazing server. His demeanor and hospitality really impressed me. The coffee and food selection is good. I can't say enough good things about this local coffee shop. Please check it out! You won't be disappointed!
