Warehouse 4 Coffee (Kettering)

Past by this place on several occasions but decided to try it out today. Place is clean and well kept, staff were okay but not as welcoming. I ordered a sweet tea with mango and pineapple along with a mushroom melt.

I was disappointed when my tea came back unsweetened and bland and when I received my mushroom melt it was equally bland and tasteless, definitely not a sandwich you order to enjoy taste wise. I'm not a wasteful person as I ate the food in it's entirety along with my unsweetened tea.... I honestly don't plan on coming back.... Thanks for the food though.

My girlfriend and I got a quick lunch. The drinks were great and the sandwiches are delicious.

Breakfast Sandwich was good , Enjoyed Cappuccino also.
It was second visit to Warehouse 4. Still enjoyed their food. Asked for extra warm( hot ) coffee and they made it . Thanks

My husband and I had lunch today and it was delicious. Service was exceptional. Great little place with made-from-scratch food and drinks. My new go-to place for breakfast and lunch!

Supporting local, small businesses is something that brings me happiness. I was super excited that a new coffee shop was being put in close to me. I went there with 3 other people and the service was very quick! Every area was clean and we got to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather for November. I got a cold brew with oat milk - super yummy! I also got a breakfast sandwich that was DELICIOUS and on a homemade biscuit. I love how they have a wide variety to choose from and I WILL be back, many times.

I found this location very average compared to the many, many other coffee shops in the Miami Valley. It has a contemporary look, but the bench seating is not conducive to comfortable seating when relaxing and trying to enjoy company and coffee. The lemon loaf was so very dry that without many sips of coffee was literally difficult to get down. And as an advocate of military service and law enforcement, they did not offer a military discount. As such I would much rather frequent and spend my money at a coffee shop in town that provides a discount to service members. The coffee wasn't too bad, but not good enough for me to make a return trip after trying the location once. There's so many coffee shops in the area that stand above this one

Good sandwiches, ok baked goods, not great hot coffee, pretty good cold brew. Weirdly ask "tip or no tip" with every order, menu doesn't describe anything well, overall decent little spot that could be great with some format/process improvements and more developed menu. Such as more coffee options, and more unique bakery items.

They make one of the best pumpkin spice lattes in the area. The breakfast sandwich I tried was very greasy on a stale biscuit and the sausage was like a hockey puck. I wasn't impressed with the muffin I got, either. I'll stick with coffee only, here.
