Everything you would imagine a great coffee shop to be and then some! First class, personalized service from the owner too! Fabulous!!

If you enjoy a beautiful latte with gorgeous art on top and perfect cream, this is NOT the place for you. The barista tortured my coffee, burnt the milk, mangled the beans, blistered the froth! Aside from the utter lack of latte skill, the bakery is very good, and worth a stop by itself. Just order a regular coffee.

The directions have you using a driveway that is marked "No left turn"
So use the light/drive before the one marked no turn!

Fantastic little coffee shop. Lattes are great and the zucchini nut muffin is PERFECT. The barista I met was friendly and fast. The owner is super sweet and genuine. Highly recommend this place!

My favorite coffee place in all of NEO. There coffee is FANTASTIC only to be topped by Babe and the staff! Super welcoming, kind and always greet you with a warm smile and sweet words. Do yourself a favor and swing in for some coffee and my fiance recommends the doughnuts!

I really hope the bakery is better than the coffee. They boast the best cup in town. Trust me it’s as far from that as can be. Think, if gas stations had espresso. Not a good roast at all and it was FIVE bucks!!!! WTH??? To top it they’re still serving in STYROFOAM cups! Take step towards a better taste AND a better tomorrow and ditch the styrofoam. Come on people.

Wow, owned and operated by the people that own Chuppas Farmers Market, we love Chuppas, and we loved Babes! Service was impeccable, breakfast wrap and A.L.T. was might tasty and ambiance was cozy. Almost everyone that walked in the door was greeted by name, my wife said the coffee was really good(and she's picky) and we got a pastry that was hours fresh and delish. My wife, the biggest critic I've ever met, said she loved it and before we walked out the door, was think which one of her girlfriends she could meet there for lunch sometime. So, I guess we'll be back, and her friends too.

Staff was so friendly and nice. Very accomadations and helpful. The breakfast wrap was very tasty. I added the guac which was a great choice. Also got their cinnamon pecan iced coffee. Great cold brew not to bitter and loved that they use coffee ice cubes to ensure it doesn't get watered down. Simple things make all the difference. Will definetly come back.

By far, the best coffee I've found in the independence area. Clean, friendly, quick and delicious coffee for the ride in to work.
They don't serve ridiculously over roasted blends like some of the overpriced chains, the serve good stuff. I will stop there anytime I'm in the area!

I went with my friend and we got a carry-out orders. I was disappointed to see that the owner was not wearing a mask or gloves. I'm not sure if anyone in the kitchen was wearing a mask or gloves. Then, plastic utensils were handed to my friend unwrapped. Those should've individually wrapped in plastic. Luckily, I had my own utensils in the car but my friend didn't and refused to eat her food with what was handed to her. If people are to feel safe eating out/getting carry-out food, safety protocols need to be followed. Also, my watermelon slice was wrapped in a napkin and placed on top of my bread making the bread soggy. That's restaurant 101 to not put soggy/watery items on top of bread I will not be back. I'm just praying I won't get ill from this experience.
