True West Coffee

First time trying, and I didn't like it. My oatmeal with fruit had some hair inside, my egg, bacon cheese sandwich🥪 I thought was a fresh egg, the egg tasted like rubber, and the mango smoothie was extra super sweet I couldn't drink it and it wasn't like smoothie consistent it was more like water, very disappointing👎

Very disappointed. Wanted to support local business today and should have went with my gut and went somewhere else. If you are going to go through the drive thru make sure you do not want anything other than drinks because that’s all you can get. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and coffee but was told kind of rudely by the young man at the window I couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich. So I politely told him to cancel my coffee order also and left. I will definitely not be back and that’s sad because I heard great things about this place. I understand that it may take a little longer to make a sandwich but honestly I waited forever in the line this morning and they were only serving coffee and drinks. Anyway very disappointing.

Staff is always friendly, the facilities/shop are always clean, and the food and coffee is always delicious. I live in California, but when I come home I always make sure I stop here a time or two. It's very homey, and is hands down my favorite coffee place.

Really good coffee. If you're not in a rush & there's a line, love that you can walk in for service.

No place BETTER for anything surfing the net or playinr D&D in the room upstairs. No rent on the room. Much Updates to come. Yes there free wifi. They do have coffee to go they sell decorations they sell Hamilton memorabilia t-shirts true West coffee t-shirts. Most of the artwork is for sale I love it as an artist I love to go to admire the artistry. I know I've talked to the assistant manager more than once and she's extremely helpful with the information regarding anything about the facility.

This local coffee shop is an absolute gem in Hamilton. They have an extensive drink and food menu with a multitude of flavor options. Their coffee beans are local, coming from the wonderful Deeper Roots. The types of drinks that they serve range from classic to eclectic, I'm sure anyone could find a drink here that they would enjoy. The interior is beautifully decorated with plenty of cozy places to sit and enjoy the view of the cute little plaza next door.

My husband and I are new in town and had heard some really good reviews on this business! We were really excited to go.

Upon ordering, I asked if I could have avocado toast. I was told no, “but we can put avocado on anything you want” ,well how about toast??
We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks alone. Another 10-15 minutes for our food. The bacon was almost raw in my breakfast sandwich and when I went to return it, I was only offered a “I’ll say something to them”.
After 50 minutes we left very disappointed and no replacement or refund was offered for my sandwich.
I am all for supporting local business, and especially our young working staff, but an adult would be nice. I would only recommend going here if you have a lot of time and a lot of patience.

Very friendly, great atmosphere and fairly priced coffee. Would highly recommend coming in and getting a drink or something to munch on and explore the beauty that is within this beautiful coffeehouse

It was a bit confusing when I first walked in because it's not your typical cafe with a clear cut counter. Instead it looks like someone's really chill home. The music and atmosphere were surprisingly pleasing. I ordered a cappuccino not expecting much from a place like this but, I was yet again surprised by how good the quality was. Although, there were only other patrons, the place was mellow enough for me to be comfortable by myself. I think I found my new favorite cafe!
