I’m really not sure what the appeal of this place is. Food took forever to come out. That would have been fine had the food actually been hot. It wasn’t, and the taste wasn’t good. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning from the cold fried chicken sandwich we were served.
Recent life events have knocked me down and today I took a chance to actually leave the house and get some coffee instead of making some at home. The decor is nice and the pastries are pretty. However, I had a terrible first experience today...and I only wanted a coffee. I would have preferred to call the store and speak to someone directly, but they do not have a phone number on their website. So, I have to write a bad review instead. The cashier was very pleasant and patiently took my order. While he was taking the order the barista was chatting to another employee. After a minute or so she started a coffee drink and when she finished she came out and announced "Carmel Latte"?while looking at me.No one else was ordering coffee drinks and the restaurant was not busy at all. I said no, because I had not ordered a latte. She assumed I had for a reason that was not clear. But then she realized that she had made the wrong drink. However, instead of making a quick apology and starting over, she looked really annoyed, returned to her coffee-making station, picked up her order receipt and started to correct the cashier on what he had done wrong. Then another two staff members jumped into the conversation. I was still not acknowledged, no apology was forthcoming and the drink was not in process. I told them to forget it, left the restaurant, went to River Road and received pleasant service and good coffee. Bad First Impression, and probably last for a while. Sorry
Super fresh ingredients in beautifully arranged, tasty combinations- we were instantly OBSESSED with this new joint!! Came for breakfast day one then had to return for lunch the next. Bread is crazy fresh and delicious, every pastry super drool-worthy… just can’t get enough!!
My new favorite restaurant in Granville. Really cute and well designed and interesting food too. The beet sandwich was delicious and all the bakery and breakfast items are top notch. A great addition to the town.
Exceptionally designed breakfast / lunch spot featuring local baked goods and bread. The egg sammies are the star. The staff are kind and attentive. One downside is that it's hard to get a table inside once the weather is cold, so it becomes more of a coffee house (folks spread out with laptops for hours) than a lunch place with quick table turnover.
Best cappuccino and chocolate croissant I've ever had. Cappuccino was the smoothest and lightest I've ever had. Croissant was so flaky...wow. No photos because you should go see them for yourself.
New café bakery in Granville. Had to check it out. Absolutely wonderful. Indoor or outdoor seating. We had salads & sandwiches, cookies and took home some baked goods. I can’t wait to come back for coffee and a breakfast sandwich sometime soon. Perfectly located along the bikepath.

Delightful! Loved everything we ordered except the Chai tea. Get something sweet and savory!

Cool building with great food. Menu is smaller, but the food is always good.

A most delightful environment near the bike path with indoor and outdoor seating. A place to watch the world go by as one's enjoys a tasty breakfast.
