I went to the Bandersnatch last night, the place was a little crowed but there were 5 people working behind the counter. However, it took forty minutes to get a milkshake and one hour to get a toasted bagel (which was cold) . This place on campus is a disorganized mess where basic tasks cannot be accomplished with any sense of efficiency. What the Bandersnatch lacks is the formal management and systems in place to take and manage orders. The Bandersnatch has a lot of potential, but in order for it to be a place where I would be willing to spend money, it requires some major restructuring.

$4 for 4 small uncooked mozzarella sticks and a cup of frozen sauce. Not much else to say. Milkshakes are fine for the most part.
