Coffee Amici

Really cool coffee shop in the heart of Findlay. "Amici" means "friendship" in Italian which reminds me of my mom. <3 They also serve Crimson Cup Coffee, which reminds me of my brother! I would definitely go again!

So I already had many bad and annoying experiences coming in here before between the counter guy who usually works never having a smile on his face and never having just a decent respect for customers. But then EVERY time I order my drinks I get a lecture on what kind of milk I ask for. All I want is to be able to order my drink how I want. Why is that such a hard task. I know the frozen drinks are made with a milk powder but I like the actual milk to be almond or soy. And yet everytime I ask they have to argue with me. Also the last 4 times I went in to order a drink when I know they heard me and see the card that gets filled out for the drink that clearly says Almond Milk they make it with Whole milk I can watch and see them do it each time. And what was the most annoying is I was doing this before work and didn’t have time to ask to be made another. So I had made a review and expressed the frustration on here before and was offered a free drink so again I went in to get this drink I ordered a medium frozen Samoa drink with Almond milk and low and behold she made it with whole milk. I was so disappointed the one thing that can make my day now just ruins it and makes me angry. I should be able to go to a coffee shop and order a coffee and it be made right. I understand people make mistakes and things happen but this is EVERYTIME. I then called and left my number for the owner and never got a call back.

I love coffee amici coffee and all the flavors it is delicious but I’m sick of not being able to have it made how I want why offer different milk options if you won’t make them with it when asked to. I just would like whoever is the owner to fix and address this I don’t want to have to stop getting coffee here because the employees can’t just make it how I asked and with what they offer even. I don’t feel I’m asking for much and even thought it’s a small issue it’s happned so many times that now I’m nothing but angry and frustrated with the employees. Please please get this taken care of. Thank you. I also would like to note the employees who make this mistake are the older woman she has white / grey hair squally in a braid and a young man at the counter I believe his name is David I could be wrong.

Coffee amici has great drinks, that always taste good, with nice servers and a pretty good atmosphere. They have open mic nights, and those usually have great singers, bands, and entertainment!

The coffee and location are great. Cookies are pretty good!

Really wonderful owners, staff who can make good coffee. Lots of options, too. A Findlay staple! You will always see a friendly face here. The Caribe tea is to die for 👌

David was working the register when I came in and was very rude towards me and my friend wouldn’t even look at us. Had no manners what’s so ever didn’t say thank you & acted like he didn’t even wanna be there & disinterested in conversing with the customers. Not going back if he’s working there.

we go here all the time for awesome frozen coffee drinks and we play cards with our 2 children and read the paper. Great atmosphere and owners!

Amazing coffee. Wish it wasnt as expensive, but it's well worth it!!! Comfy atmosphere and wifi to do work while you are there. Great place for meetings or just to hang out with friends

20 minute wait for coffee, not a specialty coffee, but the pre-brewed coffee sitting in the carafe. I ordered, waited 10 minutes as many specialty coffees came out. I politely requested my coffee. 10 minutes later I had to ask again. The coffee was good, but why make someone wait when the coffee was ready?

The service was fast and friendly. The Latte I ordered was amazing
