Herbalife - Healthy U Defiance

Great place to go for tea and protein shakes, not to mention supplements for nutritional wellness. Friendly, informative staff & tasty products make it a "definitely do again". Their sister store, Fountain City Nutrition in Bryan, Ohio is also worth a look.

I've had my shake every morning for 3 years, and I've lost 100 lbs and feel younger in my 40s than I did in my 20s! Highly recommended!

I visited when they first opened. I felt both pressured into buying more than I had wanted and was body shamed by the person talking with me. This place is a front for selling Herbalife products, which have been known to negatively impact liver and kidney function, among other issues, through continued use.

Drinks are quality, but $44 is a bit pricey for 4. Just my opinion, of course. Good folks too!
