horrible. I used to frequent here pre-pandemic but would always just get my go-to americano. I often felt it was overpriced and watered down. Yesterday I decided to stop by for an oat milk hot chocolate and it was worse than I had expected. Didn't feel like it was mixed well, was clumpy and tasted super flat - I had to chuck it in the bin a few sips in. What a waste of $5.40. Don't know what will compel me to come back in future when there are better joints in the vicinity

My favorite neighborhood shop when I lived on High St. The honey latte is great, but I’ve never had anything less than great. Highly recommend their beans as well

This is the best coffee shop in Columbus. I pretty much just drink pourover coffee, and One Line has, without a doubt, the best pourover in town. What's more, they have an unprecedented number of coffees available for purchase, and both (i) the 10 oz. bags of coffee and (ii) their pourovers are relatively inexpensive compared with industry standards (and I've been to a lot of coffee shops). As someone who makes a lot of coffee at home and at work, I love the fact that I can walk down and pick up a bag that I know is roasted well, without having to order something online from the other roasters I trust. For some reason too, this is one of the few coffee shops in Columbus to use a scale while brewing too, so I know the staff are following a good recipe. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Coffee is amazing. My girlfriend had the Maple Latte (I think), and it was fantastic. I would LOVE to see a location in Cleveland!

I tried their Maple Latte, and it was excellent. If you enjoy trying coffee spots in Columbus, add One Line to your list. Their coffee is also served at many other restaurants/businesses around the city.

My favorite coffee shop in Columbus. Modern decor, friendly staff, and a relaxed environment make for a great experience. Their expresso drinks are the real higlight of their offerings. It tends to get busy on Sat/Sun morning. So come during the week to skip the lines.

I'm a huge coffee drinker but was never much of a connoisseur. I wouldn't really care about the differences between instant coffee, Keurigs, Starbucks, and most boutique coffeehouses. However, the first time I tried One Line, I realized that there is a world of unique and fresh coffee I was missing out on. I don't make it over here as often as I'd like but, if I could, I'd get it everyday.

The coffee is good but the service is horrible. Waited 22 minutes watching two servers chitchat as they casually made people's coffee. Not a care in the world that people were standing there waiting on them. I counted 8 people served before me. That's 9 people served by two people in 22 min.
