The cashier at this location was so unprofessional, no manner or empathy. The fact that this is a location that caters to Truckers and Travel is so concerning to have someone in the service of serving people be so rude and no empathy what so ever. I see misunderstanding are very common at this location and I can totally agree and think that is the polite way for someone to put it cause the lack of moral at this location is so concerning. I've reached out to corporate about the incident. I want this to be know that the reviews are very accurate the customer service and moral is severely lacking. The fact that someone is willing to go to burger King instead of your establishment should speak volume. The young lady that was Cashier Today Wednesday December 22 at 9 am was so rude, so unprofessional and no empathy at all. A simple misunderstanding of someone skipping us in line turned in to her speaking to us in the rudest manner. Saying it's people like us and her body language by her balling up her fist, hitting her fist in her other hand. As if she was going to do something?? Does that sound like something acceptable for someone to do to someone that simple trying to explain Hey you looked right at me why did you not service me if I would in line?? My mouth was drop the entire time in such disgust. I look forward to hearing back from my complaint I submitted. Thank you.
Despite being clearly short staffed and short supplied, this was a great experience with amazing service and delicious bagel sandwiches! The young woman working was polite and efficient while managing multiple orders and preparation all by herself. Huge kudos to her for making our much needed morning stop on a road trip a pleasant and satisfying stop. 9am Wednesday 9/9/21
They were out of stock on SO many things. They had 2 cream cheese flavors and only a few type of bagels available, with minimal coffee choices as well. Seems like an ordering/inventory issue. After I was so nice about them being out of stock of nearly every one of my first and second choices, they didn’t toast my bagels when I specifically requested it. Very irritating, I wouldn’t recommend them.
Simple order wrong. I paid extra for something and it was not added to the order. Barely any bagels a to choose from even what is advertised on signage. The food was so simple yet so bad! When I asked for my ingredient added the woman just giggled when I told her she made it incorrectly.
Atrocious! Stopped there with the girlfriend on our way back from Michigan. She was really craving the Nova Lox sandwich so we stopped here. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we placed our orders. We get our food and left since time was of the essence and started on our way.
Her sandwich was definitely not made to order and my bagel which was supposed to be toasted with onion/chive spread , was not toasted and had normal cream cheese.
I wrote corporate through their website and complained about this, and NEVER even received a response, which tells you the obvious. They do not care.
If I could give 0 Stars I would! Older Employee was extremely rude. Toaster was broken. She rang order up incorrectly. I had to go back in. She fixed the order and no apology. Those 2 women need to find a new job because they surely do not respect customers!
I ordered a strawberry smoothie, and they prepared 4 other customers' orders before us. We reminded a worker about our smoothie, and two of them looked at the blender up front to see that it was not being prepared so said they would work on it right away. They then left to the back room for ten minutes. We reminded the original worker who took the order about it and she looked at the blender to see that nothing was being done with it. She said "oooh"...and stared at grenadine dripping from the cup before starting the smoothie and finally serving it. The manager sat at a table watching the encounters without so much as trying to help. He just sat back and hoped the employees would do something about making a smoothie. Ridiculous customer service and management.
When you walk in with 20 minutes before closing, think you can stop in at the bagel place? With two others in line ahead of you? Nope. Astoundingly rude service; ended up elsewhere in the establishment with a less-than-desired meal. The sad part? It was still daylight out!
