I love it here! I come here alot to study and the staff here is so sweet and remembers me every time I come in. The shop is super cute and cozy AND THE COFFEEEEEE OMG. I love their lattes (both plain and vanilla) and you have to try their cinnamon bun muffin...mannnnn. My new go to spot in downtown Cleve :)))))

Phoenix Coffee has a special place in my heart. When they used to be in a different building than where they are now in Coventry, years ago my (now) fiance and I visited there for our first date. He knew how much I loved coffee and made sure that we stopped there after our dinner in Little Italy. It was my first time there and it blew me away! Ever since then we have visited there frequently to work and relax. Everything they offer is fantastic! I absolutely love their cortados and pastries they serve. The staff is always friendly and each one of their shops offers a unique vibe that's easy to work and visit with friends in. Highly recommend!

Manager sitting in office 9:15am. Front door says open at 7am. I watched the manager hang the phone up on me. Lamest coffee shop ever.
Got a response saying they updated their website to say they were closed for the bankers holiday… no sign in door, google maps page wasn’t updated and the rude manager couldn’t take the 10 seconds to answer the phone and say it… still lame.

A wonderful stop downtown for coffee, tea, or a pastry. They have a chill atmosphere and friendly staff. I was quite pleased with their loose leaf tea selection! Phoenix Coffee offers a break from the busy downtown bustle and fuel to get right back into it.

I enjoyed a yummy iced coffee and a bagel from a local bakery before a work meeting downtown. My only suggestion would be to up the cream cheese game - I was a little disappointed to get a Philadelphia cream cheese cup with such a tasty fresh bagel! Will be back.

Stopped in for a quick hot chocolate and to catch up with some family! Enjoyed my experience! The giant chocolate chip cookie was a plus too! It was a Monday morning, and there wasn't an overwhelming line so if you're looking to get your coffee or breakfast pastry quick, it may be a good idea to stop in here.

Quaint little coffee shop, not your chain variety, offering very good quality coffees, espressos, teas and coffee drinks. Best in the downtown area, despite the competition coffee shops that are a bloc or more away. Trust me, I know coffees, I used to own a coffee shop in the past. Enjoy it anytime you're downtown Phoenix. This place is just right for me. Local vibe, fun art, great egg panini and iced mocha, good music but not too loud, and fast wifi.

Great place. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. I had a bagle with egg and bacon the coffee is great. They roast their own beans! We will go back very comfortable place.Their Americano is excellent, and PLEASE try their matcha latte if you're into the earthy, un-sweet stuff. They put a ton of care into every drink, baked good, and meal. And I'm always shocked when they tell me my total

Kinda slow service. Horrible hot chocolate. Plenty of place to sit both inside and outside. Bathroom requires a key from the barista. Parallel parking right out front
